I needed some down spouts replaced and was recommended Paul. He did the work which I'm happy with but when I noticed on a windy day that one of the downspouts wasn't connected to the gutter, I reached out to Paul to see if he could seal this so that it doesn't shake and make noise in the wind. It's been two months and no reply. It doesn't look like a hard fix to do myself but since I paid for the job to be done correctly I expect it at least a reply.

Paul Clark did my rain gutters and fix my downspouts and did the leaf guard gutter protection we're happy with his crew of his work very friendly and good price.

Addendum/Update: Hubby wants to add that he wanted to ask Paul Clark to ""bug"" off (the word he was thinking might've been a bit less polite than ""bug"") because Paul Clark was so rude! Also, my hubby is usually WAY more patient and polite than I am when it comes to contractors and vendors and even he couldn't stand this Paul Clark guy so you can just imagine. Paul Clark even bragged that he takes advantage of little old women (as I mentioned previously) by charging them $65(!!!) for gutter estimates! This guy should be reported to the CSLB and investigated. Oh, and a friend who's a honest general contractor says Mr. Paul Clark is an @$$. Enough said.

Original review: He did come out so we give him 1 star for that, but apparently from the beginning of the meeting, he was quite antagonistic. My husband was the one who spoke with him at our house. He didn't measure the house, he didn't look around much, he just asked if we'd gotten several bids and we said we did, and he said basically, what the h*** is wrong with you, if you've gotten 3 bids you should have decided on who to go with already. Ok, sir, simmer down. He then told my husband that he takes advantage of the elderly and give them estimates for $65 each... stay away!
