UPDATE 3/2/19. I contacted my salesperson and or your office no less than once a week for several months after the original work was done. I sent pictures and videos. I contacted your office and my salesperson within 24 hours after your last visit to make sure your refusal to correct your work was true. I got no response. I waited about 10 more days to post my public review to give your people one more chance to make it right in private.

You should have gotten involved months ago. Your customers should not need to publicly complain before you personally take it seriously.

UPDATE 3/1/19. Im sorry. Im a business owner. I hold my own service to a much higher level. Its not okay at all. Your company put me through hell for months.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They supposedly fixed a soft spot in my flat roof but they left an 8 foot by 2 foot section of rotted wood. Then they oiled on the tar to hide the fact it was still sunken in. So after they finished the tar is now leaking through to the rotted ceiling of my patio.

It took me 3 months of fighting to get them to pay attention to my complaints. Then when they finalcame they refused to fix it even though the guy who came out admitted they did a very poor job and it needed to be ripped apart and redone.

If you expect a warranty of the work do not call Bange.

Its way worse now than it was before they did the work.

I called for a quote, the lady on the phone made an appointment for me 2 days later. The guy calls me and tells me if he can check my roof thru there satellite because he couldn't come to my house in person. I said ok and he told me that he'll email me a quote. It's been over a month and nothing. Please stop wasting people's time if you don't want to drive to Miami

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Save yourself the headache and trouble if you haven't already. Called Paul bange,thinking they'd be a reputable company to work with to do a small patch job on my roof. WRONG. They had one guy come out to assess the damage, told my mother and I it wouldn't be too much work. First,they left a mess everywhere,they used old materials that weren't right for the job. They left an even bigger mess than started. The small patch job that they did do ended up leaking and the roof pretty much falling through within a few weeks!! We called the company,asked for a manager they stated they would get back with us,took them over a month to get back. They told us they'd send their manager to look at the problem,but ended up sending two guys who didn't even know anything about the issue! They had no records of anything, they told my mom over the phone they only have ONE computer throughout the office that they state ""no one knows how to use"". Horrible work,horrible company,horrible customer service. Stay away from Paul Bange!

I had was referred to them through the Ygreen program and called them to come out to my house for a Quote. Fred was the inspector that came out and gave me a price of 41k. I then called him and asked him how the quote was so high because my neighbor next door is in contract with them for 33k. Fred said he would talk to his boss Richy and called me back with a firm price of 38k because the cost of labor and material went up. I agreed to the price because I thought they were a reputable company and I told him I was going through the Ygreen program. He called me up 10 minutes later and said it will be now 41k because of the program. This is a bait and switch company and they do not stand by there words. They were completely try to extort additional money from me and scam me as a consumer.

Your first contact with a company is the most important and the person who answered the phone was nasty and unprofessional. No interest in working with a company who employs people like that to represent them.

This company should be called Paul pains instead of Paul Bange.I signed the contract in march on the 8th .Today is aug 31 they just delivered the tile last week. When signed the contract they said the job would be done in 3 weeks now we are going on 6 months later. this has been horrible. when you call the office they kept giving me different dates and different excuses . The first excuse the men that load the had left the company like thats problem they to another company because they where paid more this what the lady told when I called the office REALLY !!! then two weeks later I called back and they said a different story the new story was there was a hurricane in the area the tile came from! they should get there storys on the same page . I would have never signed the contract with them this has been an awful experience.They never even said we are sorry for the delay for the going on 6 months of waiting.I am very disappointed with this company

We had the flat portion of our roof replaced with Paul Bange Roofing about a year ago. It has held up very well. We got a quote quickly and the man who did the estimate was extremely helpful and professional. He gave us his cell phone number and was always available for questions when I called during the process. The roofing work was delayed about 1 week due to being rained out, but otherwise everything was done exactly on schedule and to specification. They ended up having to do a little more work than expected due to a leak they discovered in an area of the roof adjacent to the part they were working on, and that problem was repaired without any delays or extra charges. Really excellent experience all around.

Just wanted to let you all know regarding PAUL BANGE ROOFING COMPANY. An appointment was made yesterday for us to meet at the property at 10 am by Tea. We arrived at the property ahead of time and I happen to ask for the person meeting us phone number. Called him and he said he did not have our appt. He said he would call me back. We waited 20 mins and he didn't call back. I called him again he said he wasn't going to make it because we didn't have an appt. He said the office was supposed to call me. Which they did not. I called the office very upset and the person Tea didn't do anything or say anything but I'm sorry. Well just wanted to put it out there. I will not be recommending this roofing company to anyone.

Best contractor experience ever! John Kennedy and Bob over saw my job and did a excellent job! John was involved in every step keeping me informed and making sure everything went smoothly. They laid tarps and cleaned up everything everytime. I never even saw one nail on the ground. Their crew was pleasant and on time and showed up everytime like they said they would. Their office personnel was equally great, calling and keeping me informed every step of the way. A roof is a big expense and they were worth every penny and then some.

Paul and his staff are very professional. They are honest and dont beat around the bush. They provide great service and are on time. They are very busy and cant call everyone back the same day. It works both ways follow up and you will get results.
