Had a minor roof leak that I needed to be fixed. Called paul bange roofing and Josh came out with in a few hours. Was extremely professional and answered all my roofing questions. He gave me a good quote and got the work done with in few days time. The crew that came out was very respectful and left my yard cleaner than before they got there! Will highly recommend paul bange roofing to anyone who has any roofing needs!

Pleasantly surprised!!! I have been living in South Florida over 50 years and Paul Bange Roofing is the BEST company I have ever worked with. They are honest, professional, reliable and meticulous. Called them to fix a leaking roof. One of the roofers was smoking and flicking cigarettes off roof onto a $70,000 boat. Lucky had cover and burnt hole in it. They claimed they would replace, but now won't. I guess I should be happy they didn't burn my boat and house down considering boat had 50 gallons of gas in it. They will never touch my roof again.
I was told REPLACED. Did it have a hole before you touched my roof Richard, nope. Stop being cheap and do the right thing.

Bange refuses to honor the repair warranty (OCC) That I paid $240 for on January 18. On that date, they filled out a 17 point inspection summary with everything checked off as good condition, and I paid them as usual.
I reported a leak, and two weeks later, on September 2, they sent a sales rep instead of a repair man. He said they would not do any more repairs as the roof was not in good condition, and instead gave me an estimate for a new roof.
Bange put me in a bad position by suddenly refusing to honor the repair agreement. I am a senior citizen and cannot buy a new roof right now. I emailed Bange but they did not respond. They will not the repair or even give back the money I paid for coverage through next January.

From the original sales call with Evan and Carlos, to team management, office staff and final inspection, this was an incredible experience. Each of the phases, roof tear down installing underlayment, making repairs to the wood sheathing and final tile installation went extremely well. The crews work very hard and they don't waste any time, they are masters at their craft and some of the details in the work are amazing. After each phase the cleanup was very diligent and my property was left in the same condition before they came, virtually spotless.

This is a company that is super focused on customer service , customer satisfaction and just making their customers happy, just listen how the receptionists answer the office phone. I can tell you that they accomplished all of that with us and we highly recommend them to be your roofing company.

My experience with this roofer was terrible. Long story short. I had fascia damage and had a roofing company come out to do an estimate. They advised I should contact the roof installer because it was likely they didn't install something correctly because the roof looked fairly new (turns out it's around 10 years old, I'm the second owner) and there is a leak making the fascia rot.

Paul Bange Roofing came out and I had the worst experience. They completely denied any liability, told me the warranty doesn't transfer, and didn't even ask to go up on the roof to see if what the other roofer thought was happening was likely. It was a complete joke. I asked if this was how they did business and received a condescending reply akin to ""I can't just do a dance and make it better"". Asked why doesn't Paul Bange Roofing stand by their work and received the run around. Was even told to go with another company because their estimate was going to be better than Paul Bange Roofing's.

Hired another company to fix the issue. They took pictures for me and said yes, the damage was caused by a leak due to an incorrect installation of the drip edge (I believe this is what it was called). For the record, I wasn't expecting a miracle. I just wanted them to go up and assess the situation honestly and if it was their fault, we could have probably worked something out. Instead it was a complete disaster. Just be forewarned, they don't appear to stand by their work. At All.

I'd like to update this review to add a picture and address Richard G's statement below.

I'd like to point out in my original review I said the roofing company giving me an estimate for the fascia repair said it was 'likely' due to an incorrect installation issue. I never was adamant about it being 100% the issue. In fact, I told Fred exactly what was told to me. The previous roofer assessed it was the issue. It wasn't until after I got it repaired and the tile was taken off that the roofing company doing the repair affirmed the assessment. This first claim by you is false.

Your second claim about me wanting it fixed for free. Yeah of course, that would have been nice and every homeowner wants repairs for free, but I never mentioned getting the roof repaired for free. I never mentioned the word free once with Fred. I asked him what would happen if the roofer's assessment was true and it was due to an installation issue and he basically said nothing you aren't under warranty. I said even it it was caused by your incorrect installation. I believe his response was something akin to, we can't know what was done to the roof since we installed it. Like I've stated to you. Fred immediately tried to dodge liability. There wasn't even a discussion regarding price.

Your third assertion that I think you're too expensive. How would I know how expensive you are. You never gave me a quote to fix it, which even you stated. You never got up on the roof. I'm only going off from what your representative implied. A different company was going to be a better price than what your company could provide. I was told to go with another company and I did.

Rich, you stated your company stands behind its work. I don't think you do. I've never had to write a review like this before. I don't typically write reviews. I think people need to know your company does not stand behind their work, can be rude, and were unprofessional. Paul Bange Roofing made a mistake and instead of doing the right thing (offer to check the previous roofer's assessment, offer to fix at cost, give a competitive price, etc) , you guys did the wrong thing, in my opinion. I think people need to know this before choosing you, which is why I'm leaving a review.

I have nothing but praise for this company. They are compassionate, responsive, helpful, kind, professional and always where happy to answer all my calls and questions. We also had air conditioning issues. Josh got us a great company that works with them and watching them work together was like watching a tag-team! I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank-you Paul Bange Roofing, you are my hero!
