Brand new 315 linear foot fence almost $8,000 in June 2024 fell less than 3 weeks after it was built & Before hurricane Beryl.
Then the remainder fell during hurricane due to a Poor job!
The posts that fell when I measured, none were more than 11 inches deep. The owner refused to come fix it although I had his 100% guarantee if it fell & refused any labor money back so we could rebuild it CORRECTLY ourselves.
I asked if he could put a temporary fence up in the meantime, so my dogs can go outside and he said "" I'll tell you where I have it stored and you can go get it and do it yourself"".

When it comes to professionalism, Arik and his guys came very highly recommended from a close friend. Their crew was on time every day, cleaned up around the job site every day, and made sure there weren't any issues from my wife and I upon completion of the job. If you need a great price on quality roofing, stop reviewing other businesses in the Lufkin/Nacogdoches and give Arik a call. He will treat you as his number one priority, regardless of the job type. Looking forward to getting a price on a fence this summer as well this summer.

Unfortunate and unsatisfactory circumstances/ situation working with Joey and his crew. We had a shared yard fence that needed replacing. With that it took lots of back and fourth and coordinating amongst neighbors, which was frustrating for all. But he was gonna get it done... work it into the schedule somehow... Anyway... I paid my half in full because I wanted to get it started and completed... fast forward.. left me hanging with only 2/3 of my fence done. Was going to ""come back and finish the job"" ... and then went radio silent.. didn't answer my texts or inquiries and left the job unfinished. Gave me the run around for weeeeeeksss... and I've officially stopped hearing anything AND he owes me money seeing as the job wasn't entirely done. Sad, angry, frustrated and very dissatisfied customer. Do better. Much better. Never again.

The only reason I chose 1 star is because I had to choose something in order to write this.

NEVER use this ""company"". The man who owns and runs it is a pathological liar. Johnny (or Joey) Rodriguez. He quoted a cost to replace a small window at the bottom of my stairs. A few months later I called and told him that I'm ready to have it installed. I had the money to have it replaced, because I had just gotten back to work. He told me that the price had gone up by another $100 and that I needed to pay the original quote plus the $100. So, I did. Then, after the window was being made at a company who makes the windows I was told that it will be another $80 for the company to make a screen for the window.

A month or so later, he explained that his quote did not pay for installation, so I had to pay another chunk of money for him or his guys...family members,,,to install it.

After around 3 months of this man having to be in the hospital for over 2 weeks due for an appendectomy, his kids baseball games, his extremely busy work schedule (busy trying to think of his next lies-...no doubt!) and various other excuses, he sent a cousin or brother to install the window.

It took the man just under 6 hours to install it and the install is absolutely horrible... it sticks out from my house exterior and is poorly done.

He called me one time and told me that he had picked up my screen that I had paid for and that it was in his truck and that he would be stopping by to install the screen within a couple of days. The following week I sent him a text and asked him how he was doing because he had never shown up with the screen. He came up with having to drive to Conroe or Huntsville or some place and he was not able to come as he had planned.

I sent him pics of the bad window install and told him that it took just under 6 hours for the guy to install it and it needed to be re-installed.

He will not answer my texts and has basically ghosted me. He had excuses every time he was supposed to deliver the window or install it. He is a pathological liar.

I learned my lesson. You have been warned.

Do not use this company!!!! They did not pull permits, did not complete work and kept my money. Beware!!!!
