This was hands down the best customer service I've ever received!!! Jamie from Patriot Pros roofing was 100% engaged the entire time, from start to finish!!! She was always prompt, very responsive and extremely thorough with all necessary communication. I called for an estimate and she came out the very next day. She performed a roof inspection and provided me with an extremely competitive quote within a couple of days. When we decided to go ahead with the project, she had the job scheduled within the week, no waiting around!!!! She and her team arrived early the day of the job and got right to work. By the next day we had a beautiful new roof!!! Jamie was very particular about how everything looked when the job was done and she made sure everything was perfect before she even considered collecting payment. She made sure to protect all of our landscaping and patio furniture from falling roof debris and left our property better than she found it!!!
