My wife and I are very happy with Patriot and the new fence they just installed. We had 3 sides and 2 new gates installed. From initial call through final completion and the follow up call before sending me the final invoice, they were professional, communicated clearly, and did excellent work. During installation the owner Dale came out for the first hour or two to make sure it was lined out properly and we agreed to the plan for how to deal with building around a tree on the property line. One of my favorite parts is that Dale and the installation team did not talk down to my wife when she had questions or comments. They treated her and her opinions with respect as if it were me. It also helped that they were much expensive less than the other quote we got for the exact same work and materials.

Working with Patriot is how a business transaction is supposed to happen.

I called and got in touch and explained the project (pictured), a safety fence around the new pool in our backyard. The nice lady on the phone explained that they are 7-8 weeks out on all projects but that there is a ""move-up list"" depending on scheduling. I anticipated the wait time and called in plenty of time, as you can see in the photo we still haven't had the plaster in the pool yet.

A nice young man named Austin came out to the house and took measurements and we discussed ideas on how to make this look it's best. In my opinion, by nature pool fences don't look great and I was all ears. It's impressive to me how well Austin knows his business, and how many choices he thought to run past me so I wasn't regretting decisions after the fact. He gave me his personal cell number and was my point of contact through the rest of the process.

As it happens I was able to move up by a few weeks and the install went exactly as we had decided, all materials were correct and accounted for, the workers installed the fence exactly as discussed and I think it came out great. We even made a few small changed to the existing property fence to bring us up to compliance with county regulations to pass the pool safety inspection that I wasn't aware I was going to have to pass, so good on Patriot for knowing to address this.

When I do business I hold up my end. I pay on time, I express clearly and up front what my expectations are, and all I ask is that a company communicates clearly, honestly and accurately. I don't mind waiting two months for quality work if I know going in that's the deal. In this case Patriot fence left me lacking in exactly nothing! I wish every business experience was this easy and satisfactory... I highly recommend them to anyone.

Should have posted this earlier but.... great company and experience. Like many in our neighborhood we had an open, fenceless front yard. With dogs we wanted to fence it in but that didn't quite work for the area. Our neighbor put up hog wire panels from Patriot and we followed suit. Austin provided an easy to understand estimate that was within our budget. Crews were on time and finished early and we are very happy with the results. We've had people stop to take pictures of it. Great local company to deal with.

We had a great experience with Patriot Fencing. Our neighborhood fences were wearing out at the same time, so about 7 neighbors got together to negotiate a large job to be done all at once. Our estimate was very fair and the work was started and completed in the time frame discussed. Issues were dealt with promptly and creatively to ensure that everyone was happy with their view of the fence, and I was given detailed instructions on how to properly stain it if desired. I am sure the fence will last another 20 years but I won't hesitate to call them again if needed and recommend them without reservation.
