Mark is an outstanding roofer. He went above and beyond for me. He met with me at the roof supply to show me roofing options (we were limited on options due to a new city ordinance). Mark also took the time to wait on the phone for an hour to talk to the city about a few questions I had.

Just before we put the roof up, we hired a solar company to install solar panels. Mark coordinated with them the whole way so the panel footings were installed properly by the solar company. Mark even installed the flashings to make sure it was done correctly.

He is honest and doesn't cut corners. He gives a fair price and goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy.

After years of Mark's great service, it's finally time to review (and promote) his business. Years ago we competitive shopped him on price and recommendations and he came out on top. Since then we won't consider anyone else. He responded immediately during an El Nino year preventing further damage from a surprise leak. He found to source of a persistent leak that no one else could find. And the repair is still holding, years later. His people were out a couple of days ago and it was a dirty job. However, when I looked out the back window you couldn't tell they'd been there (after hauling away eleven 33 gallon bags of pine needles. A couple of neighbors had full roofs installed and are also delighted with Mark's service.

Mark was completely honest and told me I didn't really need those things but would put them in if I wanted. He was the only one that didn't try to up-sell me. I really appreciate his honesty.

He also had great suggestions on how to handle some anomalies of my roof. He is a patient and calm person and addressed professionally any questions that I had.

Mark Inteso is a totally honest roofer. He delivered my roof in the time he quoted and at the price he quoted. His work team was fast & efficient. They delivered a first class roof and cleaned up after themselves wonderfully.

I paid Mark off when the job was complete.

After the job was complete we required a plumber to hook up 2 solar panels from my previous roof. The plumber broke 15 tiles hooking up the solar panels. Mark sent 2 of his men, at his own expense, to repair the damaged tiles and complete the job to perfection.

You can't go wrong hiring this fellow. He is honest and takes pride in his work.
