Just had our roof done by Patrick, Marcos and the crew. They did an excellent job and got the entire job done in one day. Cleaned up the entire yard too and left it spotless. Our roof has never looked this good with new architectural shingles. . Highly recommend!

I spoke with a total of five different roofing companies and had a horrible experience with another roofing company before working with Patrick's Roofing. Patrick runs his business with a high level of professionalism, and has great and open communication. I cannot recommend Patrick and his crew enough.

Below are some reasons why I chose Patrick's Roofing:

- I called Patrick, the owner, and he explained the whole process, including the insurance process. Other companies kept everything a secret, and would not explain process to me. Probably, so they could make the most money possible from the customers' ignorance.

- Patrick showed up to my house and oversaw the work being done. Patrick takes pride in his company and wants to see first hand that work is performed properly. How many other roofing company owners actually go on site to ensure quality?

- Patrick knew the names of the crew members. He said the majority of the team had been with him for several years. I spoke with the foreman, the sales rep, and some of the workers. They all spoke incredibly highly of Patrick. He pays good wages and helped his employees in different ways. Patrick knows that if you treat employees well, they will stay with you, work hard and go above and beyond.

- Patrick provided me with a list of items to check when contacting other roofing companies. This industry is full of scammers and dishonest people. As I stated earlier, many companies refused to answer my questions and wanted to keep me in the dark. Some also refused to provide a quote... and would only work with me, if they spoke directly to the insurance company.

- Patrick's pricing was not the lowest, but was competitive with all the roofers I contacted.

- Patrick's quote included many upgrades for free, that other companies charged for.

- Patrick personally checked the attic to make sure electrical and hvac lines were not in the way, even though his contract waives any responsibility for errors made by the house builder.

- Yard was incredibly clean after work was done.

I contacted Patrick's Roofing after having difficulties communicating with a previous roofing company. Patrick personally came out to view the damaged roof. He provided his insights, gave me the written estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. When the crew arrived on the day of install, they introduced them self's, quickly went to work and took care not to damage a garden within the parameter of the house. When they were done they completely cleaned the yard to where you would never know they were there. I could not be more happy with the roof and the professionalism of Patrick's roofing.

Patrick roofed my home about 3.5 years ago. My roof still leaks. He has been back well over 15 times and has yet to be able to repair his faults. In fact it is leaking again today. I am sorry that I ever chose him as a contractor.
