I have been using Patrick roofing since I bought my house in 2014. Pat came out and gave me an evaluation on the roof before I bought the house. I had some work done in 2018 - they replaced a rotted gable and fascia and primed the wood. The estimate did not include painting but I asked Steve if they would paint it if I bought the paint and he agreed to throw that in. Steve came out to give me an estimate on roof replacement in 2019 and again in 2020 - Steve told me both times that my roof looked good and would probably go another year or 2. He advised me not to replace it until I had to (I like the honesty, something I did not get from another roofing company who gave me an estimate that was about $6000 over Patrick Roofing's estimate). With the rising cost of materials I decided to bite the bullet and get my roof replaced 2 weeks ago. Steve (and Lesa, who works in the office) were wonderful to deal with, very responsive, very accommodating, and their roofing crew did an outstanding job! One of crew members even cleaned the top of my carport which was not part of their job. I highly recommend this company.

This small family owned company is really great and friendly. We used them the first time back in 2019 and they did great work then. This past Sunday when the storm came through, it caused a leak on our roof and I emailed in and got a response someone will be out. I got a call today and Mr. Steve came to our door and very helpful. He checked on the problem and fixed the issue on the spot. Talk about quick service! And like what others said, he/they don't try to upsell unnecessary repairs. Thanks Patrick Roofing!

This is a small family owned company that really values their customers. Korey came out & took a look at my roof and instead of saying it needed to be replaced he said he could just fix the three spots that needed it. Saved me a ton of money. I love a company with a conservative approach that doesn't upsell unneeded repairs.

Called Patrick roofing A few times to try and get someone to come out and put together a quote for a roof replacement over the course of 3 weeks. Was told every time that someone would be calling me back to come take a look but no one ever did. I even told the woman on the phone that I have called several times and she apologized and said she would make sure someone would call me. I can't speak to this companies quality of work but if it's any reflection of their inability to even call me back for a potential opportunity it's probably best.

I called 26 other roofing companies and they all set up times on that same call or within the hour and someone was sent out for an inspection that same day or the following.

We called the place our insurance company recommended. Once the guy showed up (5pm for a 10am appointment) he tried to get us to do all kinds of work we didn't need. Never even went on the roof.

After Harvey- (like most of Houston) we were hit with not only unexpected expenses, but also repairs. We had only lived in our home a year when Harvey brought on significant roof leaks. We called several local companies, one which we ALMOST went with- until their business practices started to prove shady. After reaching back out to our local community for recommendations, A LOT of people recommended Patricks- so we gave them a call. First impression of the office staff was impressive- she was friendly, down to earth & accommodating. She got us scheduled for an inspection quickly. Cory was the young man who assisted us, and he was also very friendly, informative and HONEST. Down to earth and approachable personalities are always a plus! That was the key trait that really stood out to us about Patricks- that their work ethic and transparency is extremely important to them and their business practice. When Cory & his guys did the inspection- they refused to look at our insurance paperwork- and just wanted an opportunity to give us a fair and honest quote for work. Not only was their quote LESS than the previous company that had been to our home before (that had actually walked with the insurance agent!!) but they also found more damage than expected. After seeing their quote & feeling very comfortable with them as a whole- we decided to use them for our roof. They did a FANTASTIC job, they were thorough, friendly, quick & honestly a dream to work with. They really saved us in a time when numbers mattered, and it was so nice to deal with a company that wasn't interested in gouging Houston families during such tough times. The other local ""big named"" roofer in the area with their big fancy trucks and song and dance should take notes from Patricks roofing on how GOOD, honest business is run. We highly recommend Patricks to any & everyone, and will only use them for any of our roofing or gutter needs!

I had 5 different companies come out to inspect my roof, and this was the only company that didn't try to push replacing my 10 year old roof. A few shingles were missing, but otherwise, my roof was in good shape. My estimate was surprising low. I trust in the integrity of their employees and the work that they do.
