Our experience with Byron who was our initial salesman has been great. His communication is wonderful and he has continued to check in throughout the project to make sure we are happy. However, he is the ONLY person in the company with these skills. We had already fully paid for our cover and found a small hole in our stucco that was clearly made on install. No one will return our calls and get this taken care of. 75% of the time we can't even get ahold of anyone in the office, and have been told a dozen times we would hear from the GM and nothing still. This is completely unacceptable customer service and I am really questioning my decision on choosing Patio Perfections for our job.

Matt came by on time to discuss the design of our patio, and we found he was both professional and generous with his time in answering all of our questions and making recommendations. We received a call within a few days to schedule the install, and Tony called the day before to confirm. Tony and his partner AJ were quick, professional, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Tony was careful in ensuring he had permission each and every time he entered our home to work with the electrical which I appreciate. Within about a day, we had our new patio installed! A day after, I had a few follow up questions by phone, and again found Tony to be very responsive and courteous. Great customer service. We're very happy with our new patio and highly recommend!

Great experience with Patio Perfections and their team. Byron initially came over to walk thru options and estimates for adding drop down shades to an already existing patio cover. We need to block the sun in the afternoons from two sides of the patio cover and Byron was really helpful in providing best options based on our needs and budget. We discussed lots of options, but in the end, we ended up purchasing a few 8 x 10 manual drop down shades off the internet (which Byron recommended) and had them shipped to our home. Byron then connected me with Kyle (installer) at Patio Perfections and we set up a day/time (one week later) for him to come and permanently attach the drop down shades to my existing patio cover. Kyle was awesome and really took the time to discuss the best setup, and once we agreed, he got the job done in a few hours. He even permanently hung our string bulb lighting around the patio cover. I was very happy with the communication from beginning to end and the quick turnaround time to get the job done. Byron and Kyle were great to work with and I would highly recommend them.

So the wife and I are in the middle of a home improvement project and Patio Perfections is one of the contractors we are using. We just had a sliding door and French Doors installed by another contractor (*which turned out fantastic!) and we needed to have a patio cover installed to highlight our pool and backyard. As you can see by the pictures, the pool is nearly done. Now if the rain would stop so we can get the rest of it completed. Anyway Patio Perfections has done a wonderful job in installing the cover. I have to give a BIG FIST Bump to Matt and his team in working so hard on this. There were a few bumps along the way (mostly rain related), but they persevered. Matt even gave the cover a custom look by offsetting a portion of the cover to blend the pool characteristics in. The wife was taken back by this offset and loved it!

For me the Apollo System is the only way to go. (If i had the budget in the project for it, I would have made the whole cover Apollo!). Combined with the Solid cover, this build out is well beyond my expectations. Patio Perfections has out done themselves and big thanks to Rich, Kris, Matt and the whole team in Roseville for helping us in our Home Improvement project.

We recently had a patio cover installed with canned lights and a fan from Patio Perfections. I wasn't sure what to expect (first time getting one), but it turned out beautiful. Our sales guy, Matt, was very friendly and patient with me as I needed time to decide if we were ready and how we wanted to design it. Once I decided, the process was very easy and quick. Travis, the builder, was also very friendly and accommodating. He made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted it and got the job done in just a couple days. I highly recommend them!

The owner Matt came over to do an estimate for the project , we discussed the details and exchanged few messages after his visit and he asked for some skitches/diagrams to show what I was thinking of doing . He said he will get me the estimate next week , few weeks passed by and despite my multiple calls and text messages to him, he did not even bother to call back or even text message , what an attitude ! .
I am glad I did not end up giving him the buisness , such a rude behaviour towards his customers , if this is how he treats his potential customers , I can only imagine how he behave with customers who he secures their money , do yourself a favor and give your project to other businesses, there are good ones out there that really care and do good job.

I had them install a 12x13 solid patio cover Rich the sales rep was great he was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Quote was very reasonable. They Installed the patio cover in a little over a week from agreement.There was one lil hiccup during the install but was resolved quickly tony worked very quickly and completed our patio in half a day. We are very pleased with our new patio cover and will recommend them to our family and friends.

Hard to know where to start. Really good initial experience with the sales person and planning. However, so many details were vague and I feel intensional on their part. If you don't ask the specific correct questions you will not get important information from them.
The construction crew was great.
You'll probably have a great experience with Patio Perfections if everything's goes as you expect. However, if there are problems ,you are screwed. The owner(Wally) is a complete jack off. I had the unfortunate experience of having things not go as I expected and had to deal with him. Worst experience ever!

Thank you for your excellent work on my patio lattice structure. Wow, what a difference. I am very happy that I contacted your company, and had a great experience. I had so much trouble with Petkus Brothers, who broke their contract with me. I highly recommend Patio Perfections. Rich was amazing.
