This 5 stars is for Byron Baker. We worked with him on our project for our outdoor structure. When we had an on-site meeting he was very professional and took lots of pictures and accurate measurements. He explained everything during the design process and even met us on a weekend to show us examples. His follow up and communication is some of the best I have ever had with a contractor. They had really competitive pricing too. We did not end up signing a contract with Patio Perfections due to some wording in their standard contract, even after letting Byron know that we had not chosen them he was very gracious and wrote us a very nice email.

I would recommend Patio Perfections for a patio cover! They worked with my HOA and the County to get permitting done. Once the permitting process was complete (was a bit delayed due to COVID), an installation date was scheduled promptly (Kristen in the office is awesome!). The crew who came out and installed the patio cover was professional, friendly, and kept me informed of all their progress. They ran electrical and assembled and installed a fan for me. Overall a great experience!

I used Patio Perfections to build a patio cover in November of 2018. The cost of the project was over $14,000. And while the initial result looked great, there were a number of leaks. They were very responsive initially, taking care of all leaks except for one small, but irritating leak considering the cost of this project. And while they've come out a few times first trying a few things (i.e. adding calking), unsuccessfully, and then saying they'd take the cover apart and reassemble, they NEVER follow through. Either they don't reply to phone messages for weeks at a time, or they send new people out to ""diagnose"" the problem, but do NOTHING. When I send them photos and videos of the leak, they don't pass it on to each other. The last time they called a couple weeks ago they said they'd be sending yet another person over to evaluate this problem that's already been evaluated many times, with no action. So, while they seem to be customer oriented, they have been far from ""perfect"". This is really unfortunate, as I really like the cover over all. I'll be happy to revisit this review, if they ever fix the problem that's been going on for about a year and a half. Yelp has the review from San Francisco. No, it's from Folsom, CA.

Patio perfections completed out cover and it looks amazing!!! Rich came out a few times and was very patient has my husband had many questions. He answers them and his calls. Wally was professional and Tommy and his brother (sorry never got his name) did a wonderful job, answered more if my husband's questions and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you we can not wait to enjoy this in the rain or in the heat.

We had a patio cover installed less than five years ago. When they came to do a consult, measure, and show us what our options were, the guy who came out was very professional and helpful. I was very pleased with our cover for the most part. It seemed well-built and looked nice, with the exception of the jagged edge around the end of the drain pipe that ran down the side of the cover. Fast forward four and half years and my cover is bowing. My husband first tried contacting them a year ago, in February to March 2019, and they said they'd have someone call him back because they needed to look into the warranty first. Two weeks later no one had called him back. So he called and they said our warranty was still good, although we already knew that. And the said they'd be calling us to set up a time to come look at the problem. Numerous calls later, they never called back. Every time I called I spoke with Mirna, their receptionist, who was very nice and sympathetic to our frustration of unreturned calls and their unresponsiveness, but was not very helpful. She kept telling me that it was an easy thing to check on. She said they just needed to get someone out here to take pictures and assess the problem, and that we didn't even have to be home!....but the property manager, Robert, was very busy and she just needed to pin him down to get a date. I kept getting put off for months and months. She kept telling me she had a sticky note on her computer monitor with my name on it and wasn't going to take it off until they had come out and fixed our problem. Flash forward a year, they still have not returned calls and have not come out to check or fix our patio cover. My advice with this company is to stay away!!! I'm reporting them to the better business bureau next!

Had their salesman (Bryan Baker) come out. What a disaster. First off I have been in Construction for 40 years. I have actually bought and installed on my own the cover they sell. This guy had no knowledge of my local jurisdiction for permits. He told me my house my not have enough power to run LED lights and ceiling fans. He told me that the engineering (even after I told him I actually had the engineering and could read and understand it) would not support what we wanted.

I would avoid them at all cost.

My opinion they are looking for people who have trouble saying No.

Worst patio contractor in the Sacramento area! Don't waste your dollars or time doing business with this agency. They're overpriced and they don't complete their projects within the projected timeframe.

Well, let's say I was so excited to write this review after talking to the salesman. He was kind and explained everything perfectly. Unfortunately, that's where our good experience ends. The workers that came to our house left all of the materials in our trash cans without notifying us and we were told numerous times that they were to take all the scraps with them to dispose of. Our yard had shrapnel and debris EVERYWHERE - the cherry on top is that we have little kids and 2 dogs and a cat and I'm 9 months pregnant. The job was done fast and it looks it. The material is damaged and it was still used. The dual roof/ceiling patio cover that was agreed upon as well as paid for was not done; we are stuck with single pane, damaged goods. The receptionist NEVER answers the phone- not a single time have I called and been able to get a hold of her and her lovely professional skills told me that we are not her only clients.. nice.. I don't understand how this company still has 4 stars. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service, quality of materials as well as the overall experience. Try someone else, that way you won't have the headache we do now. Hopefully, I will be able to update you with a better review but as of now it's be 2 weeks of nonsense

Great job by this company from start to finish. Byron came out several times to talk to us about the design and plan for our awning. He made sure to answer all our questions and concerns. Awning was installed in 2 days, as promised. They were even able to accommodate us ahead of schedule. Our project lead, Tony, did a great job with his team. They were extremely professional and also answered all questions and concerns we had, all while being very communicative about any changes. We love our new awning and would highly recommend this company!!

Mike, Tony, and AJ did a fantastic job! Mike came out for the initial quote, answering all our questions and put zero pressure on us. We asked if we could go see a house that had what we were thinking of doing, and Mike quickly got us a location to go see. After that, we decided to go with the combination covering, with two Apollo sections, one solid section, along with two fans. Tony and AJ installed the project. They were clean, friendly, timely, and trustworthy. In addition, when one of our new fans didn't work, Tony said they could come back to install another one. They followed through and did just that.
