Wonderful honest company!! I called three roofers about fixing a broken eave (fallen tree knocked it out), and all said they go up and give a quote. ONLY Patchman did what they promised and quoted me on fixing the hole and not reroofing the whole cabin. It's hit or miss with roofers (mostly miss), but Patchman hit it out of the park!

First of all we used Patchman roof for roof inspection on our home prior to purchasing it, we were told the roof was strong but the garage might need future work, well 4 months later we sprung a leak over the garage. Called Patchman to quote the work. The (Caucasian) Technician came out and immediately informed us he was in a ""bad mood"" (Strike #1) Then the same tech explains the garage is not our problem but the roof over the house is, mind you this is the same roofer that passed our inspection.(strike # 2) then he yells at my husband saying my he is trying to tell him how do his job. (Strike #3) This tech was kicked off my property and we will NEVER call them again. DO NOT come to house or work building with an attitude OR THE FLU (this tech also spread the stomach flu at my office in fontana) when he was hired to fix our roof, which is also LEAKING AS I TYPE in the same place he ""patched"" Was throwing up all over our scissor lift (YUCK)!!

Patchman Roofing is a great company! I would and will recommend them to all my friends. Mike Smith came out to our house the day after I called with some concerns. Making the appointment was smooth and easy- no chase around. After taking a look around on top of the roof, he showed me pictures that he took of the damage that he saw up there, cause you know I'm not climbing on the roof! He explained what they showed and how he thought the best way to fix it would be. He was very honest and explained what could happen and when so I knew exactly what to expect. He showed up on time, did his job, then followed up with me after he completed it again explaining everything to me.
After another rain we had a little bit of leakage in one small area- which he explained to me might happen due to our situation. It's hard to tell if a roof if leaking still if there's no rain. He came right back out and fixed it with no issues. It's so nice to have someone guarantee their work, even in unknown situations.
Don't bother calling anyone else. Patchman Roofing is the best!

Carl saved our bacon. I called him after being put off by my prior roofer for a week during the rainy season. I had a leak at the corner of the upstairs bedroom that had penetrated the ceiling. He came promptly, gave me a bid and then decided he could tackle the job immediately. He fixed it within a half an hour at a very reasonable rate. He then inspected the rest of the roof and found two other potential spots that were actually leaking into the attic but had not penetrated the ceiling yet. He fixed those at no additional cost. He was honest, calm, professional and the kind of guy you want doing your work. And, a human being actually answers his phone during business hours, rather than having to leave a message on an answering machine, knowing you won't get a call back for days or weeks or never. This company has been my roofing specialist for several years. When I first started working with them I had several small leaks. Their quote was not only the best price but their presentation and professionalism was way above the others.
I bring them out each year to re-evaluate the roof, replace broken tiles, clean the valleys and make sure the roof is ready to go for another winter. I haven't had any problems with the work they have done.
Additionally I have recommended them to several friends who have been very satisfied.

We had a leak on our roof last year and noticed it when it started raining and the drywall in our house was getting wet. We called a couple of different places to get some different prices and Mr. Patchman roofing offered the best price. I however have never been so unhappy and dissatisfied with the customer service and also the job (or lack-thereof) performed. He came and took a look at our roof then informed us that he had figured out the problem. He told us that he couldn't tell us what the problem was unless we paid him $75 considering that he didn't charge to come out and look at our roof. He gave us three options to chooses from and informed us that if we wanted to get it fixed it would be $150 and that he also discovered some other problem areas on the roof and that he could fix them all together at once for $250. Since our wall inside was wet we wanted to fix it as soon as possible we chose the latter option which was the most convenient option. He also said that he guaranteed his work as well and if we had any leaks or problems after he left that we would receive our money back. It was supposed to rain again in a couple of days so he said he would start fixing it the next day. He came at 8:00 the next day as scheduled and stayed for about 45 min fixing our roof. We paid him the $250 for option number 3 ( to fix all problem areas) and he was on his way. We asked him if he could also inform us of the problem since we had paid him and he finished the job. He told us it was simply a build-up of leaves gathering on our roof causing the water to gather above our wall creating a leak inside. After hearing this I became upset that I had just paid this man $250 to push some leaves off of our roof and felt that was something I could have done myself. I was also skeptical that it would even fix the problem.However we had signed a contract and there was nothing we could do. We just hoped that the problem was solved and if not we had our guarantee anyway. It rained a couple of days later and our leak remained unfixed. I called Mr. Patchman back and told him that the problem wasn't fixed and I would appreciate a refund. He said ""Ok, 90% of the time the removing of the leaves solves the problem and he said if we wanted him to come back and remove the tiles to look under them and see the real problem then it would cost us $750. I refused his services this time feeling like I had been scammed and just requested the refund. A week later we received a partial refund of $100 dollars because even though he didn't repair the leak (which was the main problem to begin with) we were still required to pay for his labor of removing the leaves in the other areas of the roof. I was upset but he was the owner of the company and there was no way I was ever getting my money back. I would not use this companies services and was extremely unhappy with their dishonesty. I'm sure he is good at his job and knows how to fix roofs properly. If he was upfront about the job that was being done I would have appreciated that.
