I had Gary ""the patchman"" out to repair my comp roof. He charged me almost $2,000 for the job. He told me that due to the age of my roof, the replacement shingles would not match. I said I understood but I wanted him to use the closest color shingle that would match best. My roof is a light gray now and he placed a dark brown shingle which looks awful. I called him and asked him if there were a light gray shingle he could have selected that would have been a much better match, he said ""yes, I could have"". Then he proceeded to tell me he wasn't going to do anything about it. If you seen my roof right now you would understand why his company is named ""the patchman"", I think he might be better suited patching children jeans. I'm horrified not only by the awful job but by his lack of ownership in resolving it. DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS BUSINESS. I'm warning you, steer clear!

Do NOT use this man. Last July (2016) I had him come out because my roof began leaking a little during the winter. I needed to know if I needed a new roof or if it could be repaired. The roof was about 16 years old at this time. He came out and inspected my roof and said that it could be repaired and that I could get about another 3 years out of the roof. He charged me $1300 to patch and repair the section of my roof that was leaking. This past winter my roof leaked WORSE than it originally leaked and in the same exact place where he said he had repaired my roof. I had to call him two or three times and he said he was swamped and that was why he could not call me back. When he came out to put a lousy tarp on my roof he was angry and abrupt. He said he would come back and look at it but he was too busy. My roof continued to leak. Three weeks later I called him again and he finally came out and put a decent tarp down that stopped the leaking. Again he was angry about having to come back out and said the my roof is a mess up there and I just need a new roof! He also said he would get back in touch when things settled down. He never called me back and walked off with $1300 for a job that he either did poorly or didn't do at all. BEWARE of this man.
