I can't quite figure out why there are even ANY negative reviews on here. This company surpassed ALL my expectations. Ed went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had six other quotes, and not only did Pasco Roofing beat all these quotes, they were able to get the job done weeks before anyone else would even be able to start. I can't thank you enough, Ed. You're a life saver!

This company has no customer service ability at all. I spoke with Shawn on numerous occasions.

Initially my appointment was scheduled for Monday at 12. I scheduled to have someone at my home at 11:00 to wait. The employee came to my house, at 9:30 am and called me from a MASSACHUSETTS phone number to tell me he was at my home early, no one was there and was leaving. That I can call and reschedule.

I spoke again with Shawn. Explained that his company scheduled for 12. Regardless, the employee should have waited in the area and met his scheduled appointment time or give a larger window, like his spectrum, direct Tv or even safelite does when coming to complete work orders.

This man was very abrasive a lacks general customer service abilities. He clearly doesn't need the business.

Saying things like ""I don't control the weather."" When I asked why he couldn't confirm a day and an appointment. Rather than, unfortunately ma'am, when the weather is in climate, it's not safe to put the employees on the roof, so sometimes the appointment can be disrupted if that happens. However I will schedule you for this date. Just keep in mind if it begins to be unsafe, we will need to reschedule. I am a human and a professional and can completely understand this. However I do not appreciate the condescending and sarcastic tone.


I called and was set up for the following Monday with a separate employee.

Shawn then called me again talking about weds and when I questioned him about the appointment for Monday, he wanted to know who told me Monday, he has nothing showing I was scheduled for Monday.

At that point, I had enough, told him I was upset with the miscommunication and unprofessionalism and for him not to contact me again unless he can schedule me and keep a schedule.

This man then texted me and was continuing to be combative via text pretending like he didn't have my address and that it was a mix up in work orders.

After all my follow-up, my roof STILL LEAKED! Use caution with Pasco Roofing.

The guys who wrote the contracts did not communicate well with the guys who did the work. I asked for an estimate on the front, they bid the back -- twice.

Once the contract was signed, I expected the work to be promptly completed with minimal oversight from me. They took months for the work despite my many phone calls. Pasco Roofing made many visits to do the work. However, they often came to do work without notice and they did not come when they said they would. Finally, they called me to say they had ""completed"" the roofing repairs. When I checked, half the items on the contract had not been done.

I followed up with dozens of phone calls, meetings, and messages to Pasco Roofing. Still the work was still not done. So, I hired a lawyer. In the end, my ROOF STILL LEAKED!
