From the onset, they were ontime (in fact, they were early); the estimate was a fair and honest price; the workmanship was exceptional; their workers were very professional; they left the building spotless clean before, during and after the job; and we passed inspection with no issues. We had several roofing companies come out to assess our roof and give us estimates. Many of these roofing companies were already in our neighborhood fixing and reroofing. My husband was very observant as to how these other companies were working and even chatted with several of the workers. Once my husband saw the work that was being done by Pasat Roofing and spoke with the workers, he was convinced that this was the roofing company we were going to use. We scheduled a home estimate visit and the owner Costinel Pasat came out to explain the work his company would be doing. He explained the process from beginning to end. He was extremely personable and answered all our questions. His right hand man, Chris, was another invaluable individual during the whole reroofing. Needless to say, his workers did an excellent job from the tear down, to clean up, repainting the new fascia that needed replacing and touch up of the stucco. His workers reported to work everyday on time. Chris would come by frequently at the end of the day to check out the progress of the project. We would strongly recommend Pasat Roofing to anyone who would ask as to which company to use for their roofing needs.

I had Pasat roofing come out and give an estimate on my 1400 sq foot home. They quoted me 15k. After the job was done they tried to get another 3k out of me saying it was for wood. Nobody ever told me anything about this while they were doing the roof and this was 2 weeks after they were done. Out of the blue they wanted me to come up with another 3k ???? This also happen to my friend who used them in the same time period. They underestimate jobs so you say yes and then try to screw you later. Big mistake using them

From start to finish, Pasat was impressive and expedient. We were desperately seeking a roof replacement and were having a difficult time with businesses even responding to estimate requests. On the recommendation of a colleague, I reached out to Pasat for an estimate. They arrived at our home the next day and their manager, Chris (954-707-8264), sat down with me to explain the differences in roof types. We requested quotes for 2 different types of roofs and the estimates were provided within 48 hours. We signed the contract within a week and the longest wait was really the permit from the City. Once Pasat started the job, everything went very smoothly. Their crews are wonderful-- super thoughtful with cleaning up the property so it looks like no one was ever there. The owner stopped by to meet us and check on the job midway and Chris was always in constant contact and responsive. Chris even helped us coordinate the gutter installation after the roof completion. Our new roof is an upgrade and looks beautiful. My only complaint is that we didn't find them sooner. We recommend them without hesitation.

Developed a leak in an area of the roof that was repaired in the last three years by a contractor who apparently had no idea what they were doing. Chris Lonita from Pasat came out quickly, had the repair done within two weeks and provided exceptional service. Would highly recommend.

Amazing company! It's a family owned business and they are always available and willing to help. I had my roof worked on a couple years ago and to this day, if I call, they answer the phone ""hello, Sandra"". Last year, I had a leak, I called and that same day, they sent a team out to repair! I have used them a few times and every time it's been a wonderful experience. Love this company.
