Working with Pasadena developers was easy, I am not gonna lie I hired a business before but they didn't do such a great job. The installation work that they did was born and not effective. There were leaks in a lot of moisture was building up in my house creating a lot of mold. Pasadena developers was able to take care of me and install a new roof with a life expectancy guaranteed that I was happy with! I am happy to have done work with this roofing company, I would love to do flooring with them as well!

I am superbly happy with the work that Pasadena developers did, they were amazing! I changed up the flooring in my kitchen and did a whole kitchen remodeling as well. I wanted everything to go together when I came to the flooring the cabinets the counters place and the backsplash. They brought in a designer they knew would fit my personality, it took them a while to finish but I could see why! My kitchen is more beautiful than ever! I am proud of them and of my kitchen which matters most! I feel top of the line whenever I am in my kitchen thank you!

My husband and I had been contemplating getting some work done for a few years now but we never followed through with any companies after receiving their free estimates. I'm glad we never pulled the trigger until we met with Pasadena Developers. They are a delight to work with. From the estimator to the workers everyone was friendly and professional. I didn't feel like I was being over charged or taken advantage of.

We got new flooring in three bedrooms which came out amazing. In addition to that we also got a new bath tub installed an tile in both bathrooms on the floor and in the showers. I needed to repair the asphalt parking area for a small rental unit I own. There were cracks all over and my bank said it was a safety hazard. I got several estimates. The other contractors wanted to do a big job, remove all the old asphalt and repave. Norm wanted to do that too, but also gave me the option of just patching and resurfacing for much less which the other contractors wouldn't even consider. He warned me that it won't last as long and the cracks will return, but I told him to do it anyway. That was 3 months ago. He did the job in one day and it looks beautiful! He was easy to work with, came when he said he would, did what he said he would, cleaned up afterwards. It was a minimum of inconvenience for my tenants. I would definitely hire him again.
