Replacing a roof is a major investment and the industry is packed with opportunist seeking to make quick money after a big storm. At first glance I would have placed Parthenon in the same category as other roofing companies but my experience with Eddie Thompson quickly separated them from others. Eddie provided good information that I found him to be honest and patient allowing us to make sound decisions. It took us more than a year to navigate the insurance changes and tweakes that would maximize the value we received as an outcome of our decision. Eddie Thompson is a professional, if what you want is quality and value on your terms, give him an opportunity to help with one of the biggest expense homeowners must navigate. It was great working with Eddie and Jonell our project manager.

Absolute Nightmare and owner/partner ""was"" an acquaintance of ours - this should have been someone we could trust and ending up being the complete opposite!!

We contracted with Parthenon Home Improvement & Roofing to do a bathroom remodel Sept 2017 and were estimated about 2 weeks for completion. After 2 months of living in a construction zone (dust, noise, and workers), many redo's and still not getting many things right they basically walked out leaving the bathroom incomplete. We had so many issues but I will try to list the majority of them so you get the idea to stay away from this company!! - from taking several days off at our house to go to other jobs or showing up hours late/not at all, to laying the bathroom floor twice because most tiles were not lined up correctly and edges were sticking up, to laying heated flooring only for it not to work, to redoing the shower floor multiple times (and costing us more money) because they did not know what they were doing when laying rock tile, to having one of their workers chip our shower glass with a tool and having that replaced, to having an incompetent plumber try to install valves many times and basically walked out because he did not know what he was doing, to telling us we were too picky because they could not figure out a straight line for valves to line up, to ruining our countertop (which we originally were not replacing, but then had to), to having to get our room carpet stretched because they mis-judged the tile length and left a large gab between the two, to having to do all cleanup and this includes some haul away (which was included in our price quote), to paying other repair companies to come back after the fact and fix the mistakes. And again, this is not everything.

Now, less than one year later, we have grout cracking in our shower floor that will need to be repaired. We reached out to the owner/partner of Parthenon, Ricky Cheely, hoping he would want to make things right - but refuses because we did not pay our contract in full and everything was our fault because we were too picky. If I'm spending $15k, sorry but I do want the job done right! They did not complete the job so they were not paid in full. We have all receipts to have the job finished correctly and the total was above the contract agreement.

Bottom line - liar, unethical and unprofessional. STAY AWAY from this company!!

Eddy from Parthenon Roofing was fantastic... The follow-up and follow through was incredible. I have recommended them to many of our friends and family and they also have had the same interaction with them. I live in a large community with over 2,000 homes and roofers are all over the neighborhood all the time pushing for business especially after a large storm. Parthenon was a no pressure no BS company and that is what my family needed. Finding a good roofer or any type of home improvement company, in my opinion, is an absolute pain! I am 100% completely satisfied with Parthenon Roofing and would highly recommend them again! Tell them Patrick Referred you...

Cheers to Jonelle and crew at Parthenon! She got my roof replaced after 3+ years of due diligence and direct communication with my home insurer. I didn't have to do much, and got a beautiful new roof out of the whole deal. The transactions were smooth, clearly explained, and thorough by Parthenon. Very professional, would highly recommend!
