I had an initial consultation with a Parlament Roofing rep., and liked what the company offered. I agreed to have the company replace my roof. They were super fast to schedule the project, just 5 days after my consultation. The crew arrived early, worked efficiently, and did a fantastic job. I love my new roof!

The whole presentation thing is a big miss for me. I told him I used to be a contractor and you have to know your audience. Pro: Says they can get started within a week. Cons: way overpriced. Again, know your audience. I am getting a roof that is not as fancy as the one they quoted, but still half of their quote for the ""good"" option they had. Since I can wait a couple of months anyway, I went with another roofer and saved the cost of a second roof.

Saw the ad on Orlando television and called for an estimate. Estimator arrived and lost interest once he learned that I was getting multiple price quotes for the re-roofing job. Then proceeded to tell me that he did not even have the ability to present me with a written quote at that time. (WTF? Why are you here?) I told him that I was sorry for wasting his time by expecting a quote when I asked for a quote. He then proceeded to start telling me how little I understand roofing and that he needed to explain the entire process. He kept trying to get me to let him ""come inside"" to explain it. No ID. No business card. Driving what appeared to be a personal vehicle. No mask, in the middle of the COVID outbreak. No thanks. I told him to leave my property.

Had an appointment for an estimate scheduled for 2 weeks, on a Saturday. Thursday before the Saturday appointment, at 7:30 p.m., I got a voicemail to call them. The following morning I called them and they told me since the appointment was not confirmed on Thursday they cancelled it, but they could reschedule. After going round and round with them I told them that I wouldn't do business with them if this is how they work with their customers. Figured I dodged a bullet.

They only honor their pocket books... when asked to apply a military discount - they offered, they didn't...then why offer it? Its a shame, other then this... I was going to recommend this company... but for moral reasons... no

From the beginning to the final scrap of old shingles getting cleaned up (my yard is cleaner than when they started!), this was a top notch job. The contract was clearly gone over with us, the company showed up on time (early even!), the crew worked extremely hard, and the owner was up on the roof frequently to check the work. I'm a researcher and I'm pleased that high quality materials were used. We have a large roof with many different peaks. The job was complete in two days, as quoted. I couldn't be happier with this company. They are excellent at what they do and very professional. A+ from this picky lady.

I sent an enquiry through to this company for an estimate for a new roof. They called me the following day and set an appointment for the following week. I was asked if I wanted to apply for financing. I said sure. I gave all my information and the appointment was confirmed for the following week. I then received a call later that evening letting me know that there had been a cancellation and that they could come the following day for the estimate. The gentleman that I spoke with advised me that the financing application did not go through and I told him that I have the ability to pay for it I just didn't want to have to pull all the funds out at once and the monthly payments would be easier he said ok and scheduled the appointment for the following day.

The following morning (the day of the appointment) I received a call again stating that the financing application did not go through and for that reason they would not be able to come out for the estimate. I explained to the lady on the phone that I had the funds for the roof but she was not interested in anything I had to say.

I guess if you are paying cash for a roof they are not interested in your business!
