Called to have them come and give me a estimate on a roof replacement and received a call to confirm the appointment . Then later that evening they call to see if I would arrange my appointment for later that week due to someone having back surgery so I said ok to the next date. The day of the new appointment they call to change my appointment again due to someone is sick. so at that point I told Parlament roofing this is not good business and sorry for their inconvenience and I guess that they don't need my business and I will find another roofing company to deal with. This is not how you build a new relationship with customers. I would try Farrell Roofing or Arry's Roofing if anybody is looking for a good roofing company with good reviews.

I contacted Parlament and the salesman came out after work as promised. We reviewed the various choices and selected a new material for our sunroom roof. We signed the contract that night and the next day the men from Parlament were replacing the roof with the permit pulled and posted. BTW, that never happened with our kitchen remodelers and some of the other contractors we have used. My husband and I were giddy, that a company actually showed up on time, performed the work as promised, pulled the permit and most of exciting of all, the roof past inspection the first time!!!! This company restored our faith that their are good contractors out and whose word means something. We would definitely use them again.

Had them come out to do a quote their quote was just about double of what others are asking for the same area and the person that showed up was not the one to check size of residence and take measurements it was the salesman

Installed a roof in Jan 2017 and leaked from first storm and never can be repaired! Filed complain against the license and still on waiting! The repair man they hire has knee problems and couldn't work so he brought some young BOYs with him to fix the roof!! They hire the contract who had an oxygen tank with him to my home to fix the leaking issues! They need food stamps and your mercy but not to fix your roof or install a roof in right way!! If you want to have a life, don't damage your roof by this junk company. County failed to pass their roof and they get a letter from some architect of Seattle and then the roof passed inspection of county(they represent state) How creppy for FL roof regulations and the license department!!
Please google the review of this junk company before you do any work with this cheating jerk!

I needed a new roof to put my house on the market. I emailed them a quote and didn't receive a call. I called for a quote and was informed they would not do a roof for the purpose of listing a house.

Makes me wonder if they have issues passing home inspections.

Two other local roofers with good reputations gave me quotes and I have signed with one of them.

Why don't you keep appointments? You have me sitting at home waiting on you to come a specific time for an estimate after you remind me a few days ago about the appointment? You should be ashamed. You told me between 12p -1p and it is now 2:02p.

I set up for an appointment for an estimate. 5 days before our appt. I received a call from their sales department stating they had an opening 3 days earlier, so I agreed I would be available. The person on the phone asked if both my wife and I would be available on the day of the estimate when I explained my wife would be at work the salesman stated it was company policy for both husband and wife to be present. I then stated that I was going to get 3 estimates. At that point, the salesman explained that my wife had to be present. It was obvious they were going to give us a hard sell so I canceled the appointment. The salesman just hung up.

I was hesitant to use these guys for my new metal roof because of all the negative reviews on the internet. As a professional courtesy I wrote them a q quick note, asking for clarification and to get a quote. They wrote me back, told me : Good luck Sir, in your roofing project"" LOL! They have simply lost the desire to work. They don't want my business. ok. I moved on. Bad, lazy business people. This was the store in Jacksonville, Florida.

Called Parliament Roofing for an estimate after hurricane Irma. They refused to even give me an estimate without approval from insurance. I told the there wasn't any insurance involved, they still refused to give me an estimate.

This has to be a thing. We all have almost the exact same results... NOTHING!!! Enough said. I can not waste my time for them anymore. Beware!!!
