Do not recommend just based on scripted high pressure sales pitch, what color shingles would you like ""today??"" LOL
tolerated around 30 minutes finally cut him off and said no thanks the price he finally spewed out was $4,000 higher than our other 2 estimates, They expect you to fall hook line and sinker , and even said most people sign contract on the spot! , poor suckers
I should have known better when they insisted husband had to be present:( also
they base estimate on google earth pic they do not even see your current roof in person

They insisted we had to meet in person to get an estimate. After scheduling a date and time, parlament called me twice to confirm that I would be home at 11am. They said if I needed to reschedule then I should call them. So I stayed home from work this morning to wait for the guy and moved other appointments around to be ready at 11. No show at 11. No show at 12. At almost 1, I left and as I was driving away here comes the rep nearly 2 hours late. They had no courtesy to call to say they would be late even after calling twice yesterday to confirm the time and to make sure
I would be there. I told him he was 2 hours late and I can't trust a company who cares so little about their customers and I would find another roofer.

Everyone seemed so nice and polite when it came to making the appointment and especially taking my money. No one was helpful when it came to completing the job properly. Paying customers should not be treated the way I was treated. I would not recommend this company. I would definitely recommend this company to train your employees to have more respect for paying customers and their property.

I had my roof installed Jan 2017. They were NOT the least expensive but we were sold on the 30year warranty. 4 years later, I'm having water enter my house. I called them to come inspect only to be told that my warranty had been voided because I didn't have them come examine the roof every 2 years. I have no idea what they are talking about. A trip fee is now going to cost $75. If any repairs need to be done, I will have to pay for it (minus $75, of course).....and noone shows on the scheduled day and time. I'm told it was entered into the calendar for the following week. Did you notice I said that I have an active leak? Oh, this is Florida where it rains everyday in Summer. I'm sure I didn't schedule 10 days for an appointment. Does any other roofing company come out every 2 years to check their work? Did they let the customer know before taking money? I would love to comment on the excellent job the installers did but I can't guarantee that if I can't get up there or have them look at it. 30 year warranty,......dead.

Roof itself is good. Installed in December 2020. They damaged my solar spot lights, ripped screen on my front porch. Also they had to replace my dryer vent on the roof and never reconnected to line to my dryer so the dryer was blowing into my attic not out the roof. They also left roofing nails on the ground around house. They sent someone out to clean up nails and mess guy was very unprofessional climbing on my trash cans to get stuff out of trees, said they used a magnet for roofing nails. My 14 year old went around picking up roofing nails himself he was afraid of someone stepping on them. Parlament said they will pay to replace solar lights and fix screen I sent them the bill. Never heard back from them. I tried calling and got nowhere. Seems they are quick to get the sale but not so good if you have problems.

On 1/21/2021, I had my roof replaced by Parlament. Days later, I was contacted and asked to write 3 positive reviews in exchange for 3 $25 Visa gift cards. As of 6/15/2021, I have not received my gift cards despite calling monthly and being promised they would be coming. In all honesty, my overall experience with Parlament was not positive. The sales practices were high pressure, they are very overpriced and full of empty promises. Very disappointed.

MATT scheduled an appointment and we waited for hours but MATT never even showed up. MATT still has not returned my phone call or text. MATT is extremely irresponsible. Be v careful if you consider this company. Beware--if MATT's involved your experience will be horrible.

ABSOLUTE LIARS! DO NOT USE THEM. I needed a full metal roof installed (4,300 SF home). I'm paying cash. They called the morning of the estimate to cancel on me. They said I didn't confirm with them the day before. What??? We had an appointment we set just 2 days earlier for today. Nobody ever called me to confirm the appointment or left me a message. They just called me this morning and cancelled after I took the entire day off work to meet them. I WILL GIVE MY BUSINESS (LIKELY $100k+) TO A COMPANY THAT DESERVES IT AND THAT SHOWS UP. Do not use a roofer that cannot even show up to the first appointment properly after it's set.

I received a post card in the mail that was offering us $500.00 off the roofing. I've called and left message that night. The very next morning I received a call and scheduled my in home appointment which was quick and easy. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Within the next few days they were installing my roof. Everyone was professional and wore there mask for protection due to COVID. We are happy with the service and the product. I would definitely recommend Parlament Roofing to my friends and family.
