Save yourself time and money. Do not use this company. Insisted my boyfriend had to be present for just a quote. This is hilarious! I own my home solely but boyfriend HAS to be present for them to come out for a quote!?! Asked if my children also have to be present since THEY are legal residences here, but boyfriend isn't. They canceled appointment. Good riddance!

After 2 follow up calls to confirm appt time for today, they failed to show up. When I called them an hour after they were supposed to be here they told me they needed additional information. No one called me to cancel or postpone the appointment or ask for the information. Very unprofessional. Glad I found this out before I signed a contract.

Had an appointment today between six and seven nobody showed up so I called at 7:15 and they said the roof is too steep so they're declining to work on my roof no one bothered to call me and stupid me I gave them my name and my wife's name and my Social Security number don't do it

We recently had a new roof put on our double wide mobile home. We got 3 estimates, one of them with Parlament. The sales rep was nice enough and he explained everything that would be done and what materials would be used but the estimate was twice the price of the other 2. Of course, we went with one of the lower priced roofers and still got the same higher quality work and materials used. I'm not sure how they stay in business quoting the high prices they do.

Also gave them 1 star because we couldn't give then a zero. Both my wife and myself had to be at home so we had to close our business for 3 1/2 hours - Salesman was very nice - stated over and over that they do not like bad reviews and are all about the customer. We went into this estimate with the understanding that we were approved. Rob called and talked to JOE who said he wanted to help us out and would fund the roof replacement himself. He lowered the monthly payment by $80 -we filled out paperwork, signed and we said - ""I assume this is depending on credit approval"" and Rob shook our hands and said ""It's a done deal the next person you will hear from will be the foreman telling you when he would be here"" The estimate was over $12000 and that did not include the plywood that would need to be replaced. If plywood was needed it would be $90 per sheet.
SO this morning (6 days later) we get the call we were waiting for - except it was finance and we were told we needed to get a co signer with really good credit for a 7 year loan.
Apparently NOW it is a DONE DEAL!! -

Gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them a zero. I called for a estimate and everyone knows what happened next, both my wife and myself had to be home for an estimate. I was told it was company policy, I asked why this policy was inactived and was told we don't explain the policy we just go by them. What an as#*×ole!! I am so glad I didn't have them do any work on my home. These guys are as bad as the guy on WOKV Saturday morning home improvement show, his company wouldn't give me the estimate on a.new roof without me and my wife sitting though a presentation. Why sit through a presentation if the bid was to high I couldn't afford to have the work done?

We had almost 10 quotes. All of them came in around 8 - 9k except Parliament. They came in just under 15k! They sent a high pressure slimy salesman out. You wouldn't believe his pitch. What a joke.

Called for an estimate. Man came looked around for about 4 minutes and then asked to come in my home. My husband told him we could talk outside. He said ""that's not how we do things"" He said he wanted to discuss with him and the ""Mrs"" which is not a problem except all we need right now is an estimate. He walked away and said bye. Then he said what did I do, what did I do in a very rude manner. I responded to please send the estimate to my email. I would not hire if they were last roofers on this earth.

Had an appointment with them tonight. Set appointment up two days prior. They did not even bother to call to tell me they cancelled my appointment since both of us would not be able to meet them. I had informed them that I would be the only one there as we both work long hours and would present the information. They tried calling but did not leave a message. WOW. Who does that? We all have lives that are busy and you just completely ignored the conversation two days prior when I specifically discussed only one of us could be there. Stay away from them.

Terrible customer service. I setup an appointment for a reroof quote. The estimator called and confirmed appointment for Saturday 3/4/17 at 11am. No one shows up. I proceed in calling and the scheduling manager told me his boss cancelled the appointment but did not notify him. No one notified me either. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this company. Read the other reviews here, there is a trend.
