Why don't you keep appointments? You have me sitting at home waiting on you to come a specific time for an estimate after you remind me a few days ago about the appointment? You should be ashamed. You told me between 12p -1p and it is now 2:02p.

I set up for an appointment for an estimate. 5 days before our appt. I received a call from their sales department stating they had an opening 3 days earlier, so I agreed I would be available. The person on the phone asked if both my wife and I would be available on the day of the estimate when I explained my wife would be at work the salesman stated it was company policy for both husband and wife to be present. I then stated that I was going to get 3 estimates. At that point, the salesman explained that my wife had to be present. It was obvious they were going to give us a hard sell so I canceled the appointment. The salesman just hung up.

I was hesitant to use these guys for my new metal roof because of all the negative reviews on the internet. As a professional courtesy I wrote them a q quick note, asking for clarification and to get a quote. They wrote me back, told me : Good luck Sir, in your roofing project"" LOL! They have simply lost the desire to work. They don't want my business. ok. I moved on. Bad, lazy business people. This was the store in Jacksonville, Florida.

Called Parliament Roofing for an estimate after hurricane Irma. They refused to even give me an estimate without approval from insurance. I told the there wasn't any insurance involved, they still refused to give me an estimate.

This has to be a thing. We all have almost the exact same results... NOTHING!!! Enough said. I can not waste my time for them anymore. Beware!!!

I called Parliament roofing as a result of watching their television commercial. I called and set up an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. Prior to the appointment I received a confirmation call asking a bunch of unrelated roofing questions which would not be explained. I explained that I only wanted them to inspect the roof for damage and repair or replace as necessary asking for a quote. When 9 o'clock Saturday morning arrived they were a no call no show company which essentially terminated any further business relationship and I will be seeking another roofing company to complete this work. This seems totally consistent with other complaints that I have read. I believe that it would be in the best interest of any future customer to thoroughly do your homework with this company prior to making any phone calls. I have also concluded that the confirmation call was nothing more than a fishing expedition.

Save yourself time and money. Do not use this company. Insisted my boyfriend had to be present for just a quote. This is hilarious! I own my home solely but boyfriend HAS to be present for them to come out for a quote!?! Asked if my children also have to be present since THEY are legal residences here, but boyfriend isn't. They canceled appointment. Good riddance!

After 2 follow up calls to confirm appt time for today, they failed to show up. When I called them an hour after they were supposed to be here they told me they needed additional information. No one called me to cancel or postpone the appointment or ask for the information. Very unprofessional. Glad I found this out before I signed a contract.

Had an appointment today between six and seven nobody showed up so I called at 7:15 and they said the roof is too steep so they're declining to work on my roof no one bothered to call me and stupid me I gave them my name and my wife's name and my Social Security number don't do it

We recently had a new roof put on our double wide mobile home. We got 3 estimates, one of them with Parlament. The sales rep was nice enough and he explained everything that would be done and what materials would be used but the estimate was twice the price of the other 2. Of course, we went with one of the lower priced roofers and still got the same higher quality work and materials used. I'm not sure how they stay in business quoting the high prices they do.
