Parkside Roofing was very professional. I really liked the bid process, came out measured and within a few days got a bid via email. There was no pressure or up sell pressure. The bid was very detailed and comparable pricing. The team was very professional, day 1 had tear off, wood repair and product delivery. Day two started the roofing and completed on day 3. After researching solar fans to pull heat from the attic we chose to add two and it has reduced the heat in the house, so should reduce the air conditioning cost this summer. I would definitely recommend Parkside Roofing to all.

The boys at Parkside did an amazing job replacing the roofing felt atop my master bedroom on short notice. When I was figuring out who to hire for my project I met with Dave, the owner, for a quote. Dave came across as very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. When a second leak was discovered on the opposite side of the room right before work was to be completed, Dave updated the quote with a very fair cost bump. The project was completed very quickly and also very QUIETLY, which was surprising since all of the other roofing contractors I've used have always sounded like they were doing jumprope up there.

As the work was performed, the workers noticed a number of broken roof tiles elsewhere on the roof which would have led to subsequent problems. Alex, the project lead, took pictures of all of the broken tiles, noting their location, and compiled them digitally. Alex then gave us a link to a private digital album so that we could see the damage for ourselves without having to set foot on our 2nd story roof. Very handy! Alex helped us figure out the areas of highest concern based upon the likelihood of pooling, and we ended up having them add some additional layers of felt. In the most troubling of the new locations they even fashioned a mastic shim to assist our awkward roof with water management. Both Alex and Dave were very responsive to texts and emails throughout the process, very fair in pricing, and their workers exceeded our expectations. I'm definitely recommending Parkside Roofing to my friends in the area from now on!

I couldn't recommend using Parkside Roofing enough! Due to the recent storms, we had discovered a roof leak above the master bedroom (eek!) and reached out to Parkside. They were quite busy as you'd expect with record rain storms in SoCal, but they were worth the wait. Parkside gave a competitive quote for repair, and did an excellent job identifying and replacing all of our broken concrete roof tiles and deteriorated flashing around our chimney and tarp paper. They even completed the job in a single day! They were very reasonable on the cost even when expanding our previous quote upon discovering additional damage and provided photos of the damage and of the completed work. They even offered to teach me how to walk correctly on a tiled roof, although I was too afraid of heights to take them up on their offer. I also appreciated that they took the time to answer my many questions about the process, as I've not had a roof repaired before. I can enjoy the rain again knowing that my roof is in tip-top shape again.

Dave came to our house for a quick appointment to see the house within a few days of us calling because our garage was leaking and we knew our entire house needed a new roof. He talked me through the entire process and explained everything in a way that was thorough and informative.

Because it's been such a rainy season, we had to wait a bit to get started; but Dave and Alex both kept in touch with us along the way giving updates as the weather changed. When we had more questions along the way, they have been responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately, I had to postpone the roof work in order to take care of a more pressing matter with our HVAC. But even when I called to cancel our contract, Dave and Alex handled everything like the pros they are and made a hard decision a little less painful.
