I called 5 different roofing contractors to get quotes for a roof replacement on my home and garage. Only 3 responded and Parkside was one of those 3. I met with John (Project Manager) and he took photos of the existing roof, thoroughly explained the replacement process and answered all my questions regarding materials to be used. After review of the other quotes I received, I went with Parkside Roofing and very pleased I did. Dave (Owner) was very prompt with my quote request and his price was very competitive.
Their crew did a great job of tearing off the old roof and were extremely efficient in replacing the house and garage roof. John kept me updated on the phone and with pictures with the entire process. He was also instrumental in dealing with the city building and safety department in getting the permit finialed in a timely manner.
I appreciate Dave's commitment to me in making sure that the project could be completed in my timeline, it was extremely reassuring. I also want to mention that the crew members were all extremely polite. Thank you guys as well for your hard work !!!

We needed some maintenance and Parkside Roofing was just the right company to do the job. Unlike other companies we shopped around for, Parkside Roofing willingly provided high resolution drone photos of the issues that they saw which allowed me to review their findings and also examine the roof myself. The other companies didn't do that and they would only quote a general number problems. And, because Parkside Roofing used a drone, it also meant no one had to go up on my roof and cause more damage to my roof tiles (Would you believe that some companies still send people up?!?).
The repair people that showed up did a great job. I shared the photos of the issues that both Parkside Roofing and I found and they fixed them all. Afterwards, Parkside Roofing sent another drone to review the repairs and also provided the completed photos.

Parkside Roofing was very responsive to my request, and John (who came out to provide the estimate) was great. I had some slipped tiles on my roof, and the quote was very reasonable (actually less than I had budgeted for). On the day of the repairs, the crew arrived early in the morning and completed the work in just a few hours. Overall, I was really happy to have found this roofing company, and I would definitely use them again for any future roofing needs. Highly recommended!

Parkside roofing did an amazing job replacing our 25 year old roof. John and Dave were professional, answering any questions I had in a timely manner. They were able to finish our roof in 4 days. Parkside roofing just finished replacing my old roof. Price is competitive, John and his teammates were very knowledgeable, professional and skilled. Project completed with no time gap, they show up daily till finished and each day they left work area very clean. They covered the in process work due to rain possibilities is an a plus to their diligence. Besides roof, they very skillfully replaced two beams with no stucco damage and covered the portion of both beams with metal sheet to prevent future rain damage which I never told them to do so. In short, they stand behind their workmanship. While installing new shingles (presidential Solaris) they replaced needed shiplap, plywood and facia. I am writing this review because it is well deserved, you may not see Dave but he closely monitors work progress. You can rely on this review to do business with Parkside roofing as I am neither asked or negotiated to write this review.

I contacted Dave to replace the shingles on my house which were 30 years old at that point. Having never done such a project, I appreciated his professionalism and flexibility. The price was very reasonable vs my other quotes. John, the project lead, was exceptional in his communication and follow-up and even helped me with some other issues on the house outside of their project scope. They truly went above and beyond. I literally gave a verbal A+ to all of the roofers who worked on my house from Parkside. They were prompt, respectful, very pleasant to work with, and did an excellent job...A+. They replaced some rotten fascia board on the side of my house and also replaced the roof work on top of the atrium that is just off my living room.
