We needed a new roof and got three bids. Parkside beat the other two by quite a bit. The tear off was done quickly and as neatly as one can do this. They were very careful to look for stray nails when they finished the tear off. The new shingles couldn't look any better and were put on in a day and a half. The workmanship is five star and all of their employees were very polite, respectful, and thorough. I was highly impressed with the ongoing communication between Dave, John, and myself. When small details needed attention, they made sure I was satisfied. Overall, a very good experience.

Did not try to update me on anything or pressure me into getting a new roof. They came out , inspected and told me everything was fine and would be a waste of money if I got a new roof.
