I called George Parks Roofing on a Monday to get an estimate for a roof replacement, George was out in a few hours to give me an estimate, Georges estimate was by far the most economical choice, We agreed to have the job done , we scheduled the job on a Friday, George and his crew showed up at 730 AM and completed the job by 3:30 pm that afternoon , and George personally supervised the job from start to clean up , I felt like I got a great job at a good price and top notch service, Thank you to George parks and his crew

George Parks came the same day and was honest and gave us a very reasonable estimate to fix the leak in our roof, replace rotted wood and broken concrete tiles. He sent two members of the crew the next day and they were very professional, clean, and finished the job in one day. George stopped by three times to check on the work. The work they completed was beautiful and they even did some painting of vents to make the roof look even better! We highly recommend George Parks Roofing!

George Parks Roofing did an absolutely first class job. My old house had leaks in the roof. I called George and he came to look at my roof the same day. He gave me very thorough advice on my options and his estimate was lower in price than the other three that I got. George is a great communicator and strove to make sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. The were able to complete a roof tear-off and new roof installation in 3 days. He even pulled the permit from the city for me. The best part is that George made it a point to cover all of my furniture inside the house with plastic in case dust fell through my old tongue and groove ceiling. I knew that he really cared about making this an easy experience for me. I would recommend George Parks Roofing to anyone!

Recommended by my realtor, I called George Parks roofing to come and check out the roof on a home that we had gone into escrow on. The home inspector had recommended that we get a qualified roofer out to check out the roof, because there were several potential problems. Turned out to be a great call. They came out the next day, looked at the roof, and advised me of the damage to the roof. It was going to cost thousands of dollars just to get it fixed so that it would not leak, and upwards of 10,000 to do the roof completely. Long story short: their evaluation was the tipping point that made us decide to back out of the sale of the home. So THANK YOU to George Parks roofing for providing an honest appraisal of the situation, even though it wasn't good news. We will definitely be calling on George Parks Roofing in the future.

I noticed the ""caps"" on my roof were curling so I did the diligent thing and called 5-6 local roofing companies. George Parks is a family owned roofing company for (37 or 38) years. George, one of the grandsons came out to do the estimate with his Grandfather the founder tagging along for the day in his truck - cute and nice to see these days. Clearly, this is an honest and reliable company with a lot of history so I felt comfortable immediately. Needless to say, they were the lowest bidder of the 4 who did show up and were nice enough to fit me into their schedule since it turned out I only needed the caps and not a whole roof.

BTW one of the other company's tried to sell me the whole roof for an astronomical price - be careful out there!

How often does a contracting job turn out BETTER than you expected? Thanks to Tom, Chris, and their entire crew, both the roof replacement and the remodel of our garage were beyond our wishes. They not only did everything they promised, they were ON SCHEDULE, and they did extra things we hadn't anticipated to make my wife's new art studio a attractive and functional as possible, without adding to their original price quote. And they did the opposite of cutting corners -- the did everything they could to make sure the smallest details were taken care of with the highest degree of professionalism.
