OUR ROOF LEAKS! THEY ARE NOT HONORING WARRANTY! We paid for a new roof on our house last year. We wanted the decking replaced but he said it didn't need it. We asked that the decking around the fireplace and also an Eve raised where it was sagging next to the fireplace which Robert agreed to do while doing our roof. We have since learned that several things weren't done at all and other things were done improperly.

Robert only agreed to come out and seal some areas of the roof which would only be putting a bandaid on a bigger problem. Oh and wants to charge us for replacing decking and raising the area that sags. The only reason he came out to even look was because of this review. We had been trying to get him out here since Oct of last year. All the while our house gets further damaged. We would be happy to remove this review should the issues all be resolved to our satisfaction.

Another great job by Parker Roofing and Sheet Metal! Robert repaired and re-painted the siding on my Chimney stack and when he was done, it looked as good as new, I was so impressed!!!! Appointment was so easy to schedule, Robert provided a quotation the very next day and then scheduled the work for the following morning. As always, he arrived on time, did excellent work at an exceptional price and also fixed up some extra areas that he spotted at no extra charge. Every time Robert has worked on my home, he has gone above and beyond my expectations, treated my home with care and provided exceptional service at a great price. I will be using his services again!

I got service from Parker twice, once for my previous home and the other today for my new home. Both times, besides fixing the flashing issue, he spent extra time to inspect other issues on the roof, and fix small things here and there with no extra charge.
My previous home was a 3 story townhouse and had a inclined roof, and many companies I quoted refused to do work on that due to height and risk. Robert handled it like a piece of cake, really professional. He even helped to seal the window on my third floor where regular ladder cannot reach.
Also, he's polite and friendly, always wear face mask whenever talk to me during this pandemic.
