Workmanship was meticulous! We had Parker replace our old siding with Hardi-board and then replace our roof with a metal roof. Guys did a great shop! Cleaned up the site everyday. Have no complaints. We did have to wait awhile for him to get to us as Parker stays extremely busy because he is the best and doesn't price gouge. I have never hesitated referring Parker to any of my clients or friends. They all have been very pleased as well!

I am so disappointed to have to write this negative review- but due to the EXTREMELY poor organization, professionalism and communication of this company, Parker Contracting Inc. wasted much of our time and efforts.

When I called to schedule an appointment for a quote, the office lady said that they were just finishing up several projects and would be free to start on new ones within the next 3 weeks. We scheduled a time a week later for Eric to come out and take a look. I arranged a babysitter and prepared. HE DID NOT SHOW UP so I called the office and he had forgotten. He met me at the house 30 min later and was rushed because he said he had to be at another appointment.

HE rescheduled for that Saturday and asked me to print up a scope, specs and any other quotes that I had received and have them ready to help him come up with a good quote and that he would bring his partner with him too to help with the quote. He said they would be able to do my type of project and that it would take around 6 weeks.

I spent hours getting a folder put together for him and rescheduled a babysitter again Saturday to have an uninterrupted meeting about the house. AGAIN HE DID NOT SHOW UP. I called the office and they yelled out to him about our appointment. He said he was 'double booked' somehow and could be there in 25 minutes. I said 'no problem, see you then.'

15 minutes later- I receive an EMAIL stating:

""I am sorry to say that currently we are too busy to take on any new customers. We do appreciate your request but we are afraid that at our current work load and the work we have lined up over the next year, we would not be able to perform to the level of quality we have set as a standard for our firm. We hope that you would keep us in mind for future projects as we would be happy to quote and do some projects with you when we are able to add new qualified staff. If you know of any electricians with experience in high end custom residential work please let them know that we have employment available based on references and experience.

I immediately called him and asked if this were a mistake and he said that he had too many '6 figure budget projects' coming up and he didn't have time for mine now that he looked at his schedule again........???

Our renovations are worth over $100,000.... We feel very disrespected and would not recommend this company to anyone unless they have an additional home to stay in while waiting and all the time in the world.
