My review is nearly identical to a previous review.

Dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences I have had as a home owner. They were hired to put gutters on the front of my house. The install guy did not know what a scupper was nor was he interested in installing it. After repeated pleas he finally relented. Upon completion of the job and after the first rain, we discovered the gutters had two leaks. After dozens of calls to the office, the ladies were nice answering the phone, my wife finally talked to the owner who was rude, belligerent and cursed at my wife. After six months we are still waiting for someone to call us back let alone fix the problem. They do not stand behind their work, they do not respect the customer and do not have skilled laborers. They are a waste of time and money. Stay away from this company.

They did a great job on the roof of my rental home. It didn't appear that they took any shortcuts and pointed out where ever there was dry rot to ensure a successful roof replacement. Finished the same day without any trash or mess left behind. I recommend them.

I contracted to have replacement gutter on rear and new gutters on front.
I MADE MISTAKE IN PAYING for JOB before this install was WATER TESTED.
POOR JOB, but even POORER CUSTOMER SERVICE to try and solve the unprofessional install.
The 2 man crew came late in the day and was rushing to try and complete job before dark. I could see that I was going to have problems with the install since the rear gutters were visibly being attached in a upward slope. When I mentioned it to them they assured me they would work fine. I got on roof after they moved on the the front of house and ran a hose from opposite end of the down spout. WATER COULD NOT FLOW UPHILL! They said they would fix after finishing front install.
I suggested they come back the following day to complete as opposed to rushing. They declined.
When they went back to try and fixing the rear gutters, I asked about the normal amount of ""fall"" used for my length of gutter. They did not know. I said you can obviously see that you have them going uphill and they said they didn't have their normal equipment. They asked if they could borrow a level which I had. The crew was courteous but obviously tired and lacked proper knowledge.
Two weeks later it finally rained and I contacted them to help solve . After 6 weeks and 9 phone calls and texts I still am getting a run around and no help.
I plan on contacting EVERY outlet to ALERT potential customers about this company.
