I've had plenty of work done through this company and all I can say is I'm impressed. They worked diligently with me and was able to give me precisely what I needed. Not only is the quality amazing, it amazes me how thoughtful their products are. I got my windows replaced a few months ago and I must say, they are beyond impressive. They look amazing and function even better! I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Be prepared to wait a VERY long time for your work to be done. We are going on 4 months for a sliding door to be installed. They were supposed to be there this morning at 10am and low and behold we get a call at 9:50am that the door wasn't ""put on the truck."" This after we took the day off from work specifically for the install. INFURIATING! If that isn't bad enough the communication with this company is basically non-existent. We have respectfully asked for our $2,000 deposit back but they basically shoved the contract in our face. Please, take my advice and do not use this company. Find someone that values your budget as well as your time, and find someone that will communicate with you.

This is a false advertising company. When they are in your home they tell you they are installing impact windows Cat 3. However after I did an inspection I found out they aren't hurricane windows. There is nothing about Cat 3 or any type of impact windows that this company actually installs. The sales reps lied to me just to close the deal. I am not expert at the material terminology. I over paid for what I thought where higher quality hurricane windows but what I got was trash regular windows at a super high price. Total rip off. Management can't resolve the issue. They are sticking with they are Cat 3 windows but there is nothing in writing from the manufacturer or the state that can prove they are anything more then regular glass pane windows. They over charge for everything. You want to over pay you pick this company. They said they have better products but its all the same crap and they will say anything to get you to sign a contract. Get a lawyer if you sign anything with them before you sign and date it. You will be screwed!

I had an appointment with Paramount Builders today and I wish I could give a legitimate review of their work, but we never got past my driveway. The Salesperson showed up for our appointment on time and dressed very professionally but I was informed that, although I was the homeowner, he could not speak to me about the job or give me a quote if my wife wasn't home. I had received several quotes from other legit companies throughout the day without any problem. Paramount cant possibly think that we would make a 6 figure decision without a quote and some time to research the best alternatives for us, could they?. I understand that this is their sales model but they should be more clear upfront so they dont waste peoples time.

We absolutely love the new windows, it was the installation that left a poor impression of Paramount builders. The installers are over scheduled and because of that they do not honor their installation commitments that they themselves commit to. Installers were late to arrive, and, in some cases, didn't show at all without calling or texting.

Recently had windows installed, Kevin and Dylan were on time, efficient, polite and skilled. I was expecting the house torn up all day but, they were done quickly. When I commented on the fast work they said "" we do this ever day Ma'am "".

People, please do not deal with this RIP-OFF company. Terribly bad labor. Managers all liars. You will not be able to write review on their website without contacting their office. The will promise you do all what you request and make estimate for all job requested but that, all over sudden they will send you only first page of contract which you will not be able to read to see what is really in our contract which you already signed. Jordan, sales manager promised that my windows will be covered with vinyl boards and all rotten wood will be changed before siding, and just because it was my condition, I pick this company. And was agree this up-to-sky price for my small, old home, which is only 1.300 sq foot size of almost $25.000. Then I received only first page of contract. I call him and request whole contract but I never had it. Then they bring me wrong color of siding. It took a month to get right siding. Even that was not what I really pick. Yes, color was the same but it was not that smooth siding I pick. And again I asked Jordan to send me all contract... Well, guess what? I again received only first page. I began worry and ask Jordan about all her promised me and I was told several times all I request will be done as it was promised, and he do not understand why I receive the first page only as he sent me all contract. Again a months passed. Workers came. Nobody talk English. Useless to talk... They did very poor job on my siding and next day someone came to pick the check. I give only part. They request whole payment. I told the job not finished yet and I will pay the rest when final inspection, and my windows done... It was a question: Which windows? And fight began... They refuse to do windows but request whole amount to pay. Please, take really seriously my story and, please, be careful when signing the contract or when you receiving not whole contract... It is a purpose to overcharge you with partial job only... DO NOT PICK THIS COMPANY THEY WILL MAKE FULL OUT OF YOU...
