Unreliable and dishonest company. Tried to get an estimate from them for hail roof damage. Next day they come out and put multiple sign in my yard without asking for permission, and they don't even look at the roof! After a couple more calls and scheduled dates we get no response. Call them back and ask on the status, they tell us no damage. Just by walking around the house you can see roof tiles on the ground, in addition, our roof is leaking! They said they'll send someone to recheck, no thanks, we are calling another company.

We were blessed to have Paragon Roofing take on our roof replacement. Before we hired Paragon we interviewed no less than #6 other large roofing companies. We presented each one with our insurance claim which outlined in detail the scope of work to be done and what was covered by our policy.
Because our roof was approximately 15 years old we asked each company if they would remove all the old roof down to the plywood so we could confirm there was no rotten decking, considering the age of our old roof.
Every company debated our decision to do this except Paragon. Their immediate reply to our request was "" Not a problem. We can do that for you"" They also educated us on a better synthetic underlayment that was an upgraded from what we had.
We asked every company the logistics of removing our skylight above our stairwell. The majority of them didn't offer that service. Others keep telling us how hard how hard it was to do and tried to talk us out of it.
Not Paragon. They said, ""Sure. That's not a big deal. We can diffidently handle that for you.""and did so at a extremely fair price.
True to their word, the first day they started the shingle removal they removed the skylight. One man scaffold down the open vaulted shaft to close it in at the bottom & then they installed new joist framing on the ceiling before covering the void with new upper decking to assure it was solid & sturdy so noone would ever walk on a soft spot on the roof. That was very kind of them to let us know how the job was done so we knew that everything was done properly to assure the safety and integrity of the roof after the removal of the skylight.
We also asked each company about their certification regarding installation of roof products. Jordan provided us with a folder of papers documenting their certifications, along with copy of their current insurance confirming they were fully insured with general liability and workman's compensation. They also added information about their business history. It was reassuring that their company was a well established business. We were pleased to hear that their company started in 1989 and that they currently they have done residential & commercial roofing as well as multifamily roofing projects.
It was very helpful that they gave us a time line page explaining a step by step guideline as to what we should expect during the whole process start to finish. We could not have been more pleased to see such detailed information. He wrote us an estamate the same day we came to give us an estimate. It had every detail we discussed in the contract. Nothing was left verbal. Everything was in writing. After reading all the information they provided to us we signed the contract that day without reservation confident we were in good hands. We had interviewed so many other people that lacked the paperwork or the knowledge to convey to us what to expect from them in regards to protecting our property. It too was in the ""What to expect"" paperwork.
I can tell you that they delivered on everything they said they were going to do. The price never changed and they started and finished on sceduale. Communication & orchestration perfect. Everyone was always on time.
In regards to clean up, they were extremely thorough and very respectful to every part of our yard, property and windows. They covered our pool and anything that needed protection. They ran two types of magnets to pick up any nails if any on the first and and when the finished on the second day. We did not lose any landscape and I can tell you we have an extreme amount of hedges and flowers around our house. They covered our windows with plywood, not to drop shingles down them but to protect the windows from anything accidently coming off the roof that may scratch the glass. There were never piles of debris around the house. The cleanup was amazing.

We can with great confidence refer this company. From start to finish everyone was extremely professional and absolutely apleasure to work with. In a unregulated business it's truly hard to know the good from the bad. Paragon genuinely cares about their coustomes and takes pride in doing the very best job for them. It was apparent when he came prepared with all the proper paper work and was able to explain and put in writing everything we were looking to have done and met every timeline and detail of work to be performed . A++++
They did a fantastic job & delivered everything they said they would when they would and for the price they estimated.

They were truly a blessing.

I have never in all my life been so disappointed in a company. Thanks to this roofer I now have to have a new roof installed and water damage repairs to my house after only having this brand new roof they installed 6 months earlier.
They blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibility for the damages to my house. They blamed the gutters and they even tried to say the water damage was from the previous roof that was placed 5 years ago. I asked why they didn't fix it or at least tell me about the ""water damage at the time they replaced the roof"" and their response to me was ""your insurance wouldn't have covered it."" (That's because there was no damage when they replaced the roof) It would have been nice to know about it if it was in fact ""already there"". FYI my home inspector said the roof was structurally sound before the roof was replaced in February.

Terrible customer service is all I can say and an expensive mistake on my part. I will not be using this roofing company ever again and anyone else thinking about using them should think twice!

I noticed a few water spots on my ceiling and decided to call Paragon to give me an estimate to repair the roof and stop the leaks. After a free inspection, Brad showed me pictures of extensive hail damage to my roof. He explained that my homeowners insurance should cover the roof replacement and inside repairs. I filed a claim and he met the insurance adjuster a week later at my property. The insurance company took pictures and said I would hear from them in a couple of weeks.

Two weeks later, I received a letter that said they were not going to pay for my roof replacement only the inside water damage. That just didn't make any sense because if I re painted the ceiling without fixing the roof it would still leak! Brad called them out again and finally got them to pay for my entire roof to be replaced. The crew took off the old one and installed the new shingles in one day. The roof looks great and doesn't leak anymore. I highly recommend Paragon Roofing for an honest opinion and a high quality roof.
