I usually don't make recommendations, but I thought I would give a recommendation for Paragon Roofing. I contacted 8 companies for quotes, and I thought that Paragon was one of the better companies out there that people should consider. After dealing with a couple of contractors who tried to use high pressure sales tactics, were late for our meeting, gave low ball verbal quotes (never putting their quotes in writing), or had negative reviews or active complaints with the Better Business Bureau it was nice to meet Nelson. Nelson came by, discussed my project, went on my roof (something one or two other guys didn't do and still gave me a quote) and promptly got back to me with a fair and reasonable quote. Although we ended up going with another outfit, I will keep Nelson's contact information and share it with family and friends who are looking for a fair contractor.

Our roof was leaking from the biggest storm in 30yrs back in 2022 Dec - early 2023, and we noticed that the top of our fireplace was wet to touch from inside. So I called around at least 5 different roofing companies to have them check out the leak. Surprisingly, everyone had a different diagnosis and recommended different things to do, ranging from fixing the chimney to replacing the entire roof.

When I met with Ofier, his professionalism and customer-first attitude immediately put me at ease. After learning more than I need about roofing, we decided to replace the entire roof instead of just fixing what potentially could be the cause of the leak. I got 5 quotes and Paragon was not the cheapest, but because of the trust that Ofier has built with me, I was comfortable moving forward with Paragon. Their crew was professional , and cleaned up at the end of each work day. We did run into some hiccups, but Ofier was very responsive and solved those issues for us.

We had a really positive experience working with Paragon. They redid our roof and also added a skylight for us. The guys working were all really nice to be around and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves everyday to minimize impact. Ofir was easy to work with and kept us updated on what was going on. We were happy with the price and quality and we would work with them again!

After 6 quotes from 6 different roofing companies, we decided to go with Paragon Roofing for our new roof installation and gutter replacement. Their quote was detailed and upfront compared to other companies.

Pricing was very reasonable given the magnitude of our project so at this point it's just a matter of how the project will be executed. We were impressed on how QUICK and ON-TIME the project timeline was. Aside from that, the crew that worked on our roof was respectful and friendly. COMMUNICATION with this company was never a problem!

My roof was finished and it was exactly how I wanted it to be! Excellently done! Big thanks to Paragon Roofing! You guys are the BEST.

Set up an appointment for a home visit a week ahead, but one hour before the appointment, the project manager Ophir calls and says we can do this over the phone. After asking me a bunch of questions, some of which I couldn't answer, he said they have a flat rate of $2700 per skylight install (excluding the skylight!). if it's a fixed price, why set up an appointment?? Why ask questions? And the price was 3x what someone else quoted me!! Ridiculous.
