Just had Paragon Roofing replace my roof . They were excellent , starting with the estimate, supplying samples, discussing manufacturer options, and doing the work. The crew worked hard, they were courteous and cleaned up daily. The communication with Nelson was superb. Very well run company . Excellent from start to finish. Competitively priced. . I recommend them with much enthusiasm!

We talked to five companies. Paragon and another firm quoted the best price but Paragon offered a far superior warranty of 50 years materials and 25 years labor. Nelson Rogers walked us through the whole process and even went the extra mile at the end; the city asked for a silly little thing and Nelson took care of it. The work crew was efficient and caused no damage. We recommended Paragon to our neighbors and we recommend them to you.

Paragon Roofing replaced the roof on my house. They gave me the best price and warranty. The whole work was completed in 4 days, and it wasn't easy since I live next to the bus stop. The team was very efficient, professional and accurate. Every day before going home they cleaned the balcony, front steps and pavement. Once they removed garbage from my backyard, they cleaned it, too and moved the basketball hoop back in its place. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend their services.

It took several messages back and forth to get a simple response. Their ""Answer"" was it will cost $2,500 to remove and replace a leaking flashing. I suggested inspecting to see if the flashing needed to be removed and replaced. From a careful inspection with photos the flashing was only leaking in the last 18"" . After more back and forth - they had to contact the owner of Paragon Roofing. The ""best deal"" they could offer as coome and inspect for $750. Other roofers responded to the same request with photos quickly and offered to come and do free inspections. I can not recommend Paragon Roofing! YMMV.

I usually don't make recommendations, but I thought I would give a recommendation for Paragon Roofing. I contacted 8 companies for quotes, and I thought that Paragon was one of the better companies out there that people should consider. After dealing with a couple of contractors who tried to use high pressure sales tactics, were late for our meeting, gave low ball verbal quotes (never putting their quotes in writing), or had negative reviews or active complaints with the Better Business Bureau it was nice to meet Nelson. Nelson came by, discussed my project, went on my roof (something one or two other guys didn't do and still gave me a quote) and promptly got back to me with a fair and reasonable quote. Although we ended up going with another outfit, I will keep Nelson's contact information and share it with family and friends who are looking for a fair contractor.
