This contractor did a room addition in Bartow for me plus a new roof. Contact was ""cost"" plus 25%. He didn't have all his receipts or invoices to prove the cost. Did the roof and charge me for plywood $300.00 (to repair some rot he found) I'd already paid for the addition and one of his subs charged me again NOT just double dipping, triple dipping. His subs are awful, drank on the job not once but twice and had to be removed from the addition job by him, they didn't clean up after leaving job site. NO shows for subs, redo from subs, bad pour on the concrete floor when it was to be a finished concrete with matte sealer. I had to get Tucker's Flooring in Winter Haven to come cover the floor, fix properly cost me over $7000.00 out of pocket. It turned out beautiful. From the beginning to end was a total nightmare. I want to warn others his web page is beautiful but he's a ""wolf in sheeps clothing"". He had a GM that turned into a project manager we were never told he'd receive fees they suddenly appeared on my #2 draw, he only told me he was his sub. This GM, PM charged me over $7,000.00 his 10% plus 25%. Reminds me of a little Bird waiting on Mother Bird to come stuff his mouth with food. This Little Bird had a receipt for NOT three draws stating paid in full, but a forth Draw he's states waiting on the final draw (there was no #4th or final draw (Greedy Little Bird). He overcharged me $20,000.00 without invoices and yes I refused to pay the final #3 Draw. I made the mistake of paying him #1 Draw with missing receipts, trusted what he said, ""he'd get them to me"". Again on the #2 Draw I paid, again trusting him but NOT the #3 Draw. He put a lien against my roof project for $19,000.00 has yet to tell me about. The roof was $15,700.00 I paid him the day it was finished. Have receipt for that and cancelled check. I'm going to contest this because it was fraud. Oh yes, things were stolen from the job site and tools we loaned his subs.
His LLC means: License, Liar, Cheat
He lied from the beginning of the project to the end. I sure don't want anyone else to be taken for his cheating ride. I'm filing a claim against him with the Dept of Business and Professional Regulation State Construction Industry Licensing Board in Tallahassee. HE doesn't deserve to have a license, or be allow to build anything. He might be able to pour sidewalks or driveways. And yes I am a ""Karen""
