I have worked with Joe, the owner and manager of Paradise Roofing for 13 years. During this time he has done everything from small repairs to the installation of a completely new 11,000 sq ft roof. The work is always exceptional, as Joe is a perfectionist who really knows his craft. He uses only full time employees, no subcontractors, for the installation, and they are excellent. Because he has so much experience he is also frequently able to come up with solutions which reduce the cost of the job.

If you want an excellent job at a fair price call Joe. Ask him (and any other roofers you are considering) to provide you with references. Most of Joe's customers have been using him to do their roofing for many years. He does both residential and commercial jobs.

Our Condo Complex hired Paradise Roofing for our reroofing. Wow!
All of the workers were exceptionally courteous and respectful. They always
cleaned up everyday and were very efficient in completing the job. Our building
has 3 units with solartubes which were essentially the responsibility of the owners.
Joe worked with us and went above and beyond to make sure they were as
functional as before and better! Graham needed to come in a couple of times to adjust and install a new cover for my solartube and always made sure to take off his shoes even though I indicated it was not necessary. During this time it was extremely hot for
San Diego, so a couple of us offered them additional water and fruit and donuts
on occasion. On the last day of the work completion, all of the workers made a
special effort to come to us and thank us personally for those offers...Wow!
With the inconvenience that this type of demolition and repair requires, Paradise Roofing and their employees made it quite bearable. They completed the work on time and the level
of courtesy and respect they gave to the residents went above and beyond what is
sadly rare these days.

Great Roofer! Had an old ""cal shake"" roof that was leaking around a skylight. Joe was the last roofer I called and was the most thorough and helpful of the bunch. I knew i needed a new roof, but instead of going with the quick big buck sale, he gave me inexpensive solutions to fix the leak without replacing it. I decided to replace the roof and he was the least expensive quote. He also ended up doing a bunch of extra work without ever hitting me with a change order or adding to the price. Top notch work, service and professionalism.
I can't recommend Joe and Paradise roofing highly enough!

Joe installed a torch down on a cluttered and complicated roof ten years ago. He also installed composition shingles on another unusual roof. I regret not posting this review after the last big winter as it's held up great.

We have a leak along two adjoining rooflines. It it not a huge job but one that needed to be done. Joe was very responsive and came right out to quote the job. Although he was quite busy, he called me to tell me he could get two guys out to get it done sooner than he had thought. We have been very happy with his work. Although it hasn't rained (for us to know if the leak is truly fixed) we are very confident in his work.

Paradise Roofing responds very promptly to calls. They were able to come look at my aunt's roof the very day she called and they started the repairs the next day. My parents felt that Joe and the others at Paradise Roofing were very honest. They especially appreciated how their bill and receipt were clearly itemized so that they could see exactly what they were paying for and had a useful record for their files. I don't know where Paradise Roofing is based, but my parents live in Bonita and my aunt is in Chula Vista.
