Don't waste your time with a ridiculous, aggressive sales pitch and lies, lies, lies. They pretend that a 50% discount over MSRP is some kind of favor when their prices aren't much different from anybody else's. And once you make it clear that you won't sign on the dotted line today, they are not interested. Garry even took back the brochure he gave me. Disgraceful company.

Garry was at our home and showed us the Softlite windows. I shopped around for several years. Garry was extremely knowledgeable about the product. I was particularly impressed with the warranty that is offered with the softlite window, compared to other manufacturers it is superior, the price also fit our budget.
Edgar A.I don't know how anyone could feel comfortable giving this company your hard earned money. We had them come out for what was supposed to be just an estimate and turned into a buy now situation. After taking about 2 and a half hours we finally got to the quote. It was 67k. After a 15% discount it dropped to 50 something thousand. That was still a lot and we appreciated his estimate. Nope, we are not done yet. Now he calls his manager/boss and magically it drops by over 50% to 30k! I kept reminding the rep that no decision was going to be made today as we are currently in the gathering information phase. He replied that this amazing offer is only available if we sign today. Once we told him that it wasn't happening, his mood changed and no more super happy guy. At the end we had to ask him for his business card because we liked how the windows looked. After the high pressure sales pitch was over, we came to Yelp and it seems this is the same thing everyone goes through with this company. They take up 2-3 hours of your time in what feels like a timeshare pitch and then offer you some super high initial quote. I feel bad for anyone that ended up paying that amount since all you have to do is say no and magically they reduce the quote by over 50% with one phone call. It makes it seem like they over inflate their initial quote so that you can feel like you're getting a great deal with the 50% off revised quote. We are very happy we held our ground and kept saying no. We will not be doing business with this company. I also did a review on BBB.org. I don't know how they have a A+ rating with the better business bureau. It's definitely a high pressure sales pitch environment which is not something you want when you need to make such an important decision.
zeus S.Sales Presentation was poor, insulting and far too long. An hour into the sales presentation and all we covered was photos of the owner with Governor Rick Scott, how bad Home Depot's brands of windows were and really insulting, painfully long questions. The sales tactics felt like I was sitting with a really slimy used car salesman. I had to end the presentation early and ask the sale rep to leave. I could see he would eventually after 2-3 hours quote me really high and then say something along the lines ""Let me call my sales manager, and see if he can offer any discount..."" Then follow up with something like ""if you act now, we can offer..."" I wasn't going to sit through the nonsense and asked the sales rep to leave. I think Paradise needs to respect their prospective buyer's time and understand that their presentation style of selling is antiquated and needs to be reevaluated. I was honestly surprised that they would be an option on Home Advisor. I will be looking elsewhere for my windows. AVOID!!
I left my name for an estimate for windows while I was at the Home Show at the Civic Center. Just as I was leaving the booth the guy asked if I was married, I said that I was. He needed a time that was best when we were both home. I made it clear that my husband travels a great deal, he won't be available.
I just received a call from a saleswoman wanting to know when we will both be available. She made it clear that they are very accommodating, i.e. morning, evenings, weekends. Except I have to make clear again that my husband will not be available and I only do estimates weekday mornings. She kept rambling on.
I finally cut her. Told her to never contact me again. There are too many window replacement companies on the Treasure Coast for it to start out this bad.
I recently bought my home and are currently remodeling it prior to moving in. My wife called Paradise Exteriors for a quote. The person who set up the appointment wanted both my wife and I to be present when they came, which I thought was odd but didn't think much of it at the time. We brought our two little girls with us thinking it would only take 30 minutes or so for them to measure windows and whatnot. The salesman came and explained the different types of impact windows they had. I told him I was interested in the more economical, less energy efficient windows because they would be more budget friendly but if he wanted to quote me for the high end windows as well I'd consider them also. He went through this hour long sales pitch about their top of the line windows. My little girls were getting stir crazy because the house is empty and they had no toys or anything to entertain them. After the long sales pitch he finally walked around and measure the windows and doors. He came back a few minutes later and said the price he was giving us was the actual price and they wouldn't haggle. He gave a quote for the high end windows of over $50k! Yes $50k! I thought that was absolutely outrageous seeing as how I only have 10 standard sized windows, 2 standard sized sliders, and two exterior doors. I mentioned again about the more economical windows and it's like he didn't wanna quote me for them. I actually was never provided a quote for the less expensive windows. He then said they'd offer a 15% discount if they could put a sign in my yard while doing the work and if I gave them 5 referrals. Brought the price down to about $43k. I told him thanks for coming and that was well out of our budget. I was visibly annoyed at this time and walked away to go do things around the house. He continued talking to my wife telling her about all sorts of financing options like adding $400 a month for 15 years to our tax bill. CRAZY!! He kept asking what kind of discount it would take to get us to consider them and we told him at least another 50% off. He kept making calls to his manager and he eventually came back with a quote of $26k which was much more reasonable but still high on our opinion. He kept trying to get my wife's information to ""get the financing secured"" and tried to get us to sign a contract. We told him we were gonna get another couple of quotes and he became very upset because he ""got us a great deal they they don't normally get"". He kept telling us that this was a one day deal and he couldn't get that deal after today. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman in my own living room. He kept pressuring us and calling his manager to update him. I had a terrible experience with them and felt that they are deceptive in their practices. How do you tell someone that the price is firm and non-negotiable and then cut it almost in half after we say no to the outrageous initial price. In total the salesman was probably at our house for 3 hours and couldn't take a hint. I would not recommend this company at all. Deceptive, high pressure sales tactics. Will make you feel offended in your own home. Lots of similar reviews on Yelp! DON'T CALL FOR A QUOTE!!!
Worst sales experience EVER. Had to kick the sales guy out of my house after the 20th time of saying ""I'm not ready to sign right now"".
This company is unethical and their product is ultimately NOT Cat5!!!! In South Florida?!?!?

Mary H.This was the worst experience I have ever had with a salesman. He made used car sales people look good!! I could not get this guy out of my house after almost four hours of constant BS and calls to his ""manager"" (I would bet he wasn't even on the phone with anyone)!! The first quote was over $24,000.00 for nine windows! Then after his call to 'get the price down' if I signed right then and there, he came down to $17,000.00. The sales tactics this company uses are insulting and completely disrespectful. I would never do business with them no matter what the price ended up at!!
