Avoid this company. Read all reviews, don't follow the stars as I did, one does not know how genuine those are, choose wisely. On 05/08/2021, I gave Paradise Exteriors, LLC a 50% deposit in the amount of $12,000.00 (twelve thousand dollars) to change the windows in my house to impact windows, almost 6 months later (10/27/2021) , NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!, not even pulled out the respective permit with the city of coral gables, (which as per the contract, was its responsibility), until last week I patiently waited, but they have lied so many times, that I want now a full refund, I have sent emails, called, asking for it, they replied once saying that they ""understand my position but can not return the money"", I emailed back and they do not reply, hang up on me, or evade me. There is no reason for not returning my money, they have not done elevations, apply and
/or pay for a permit or ordering the windows, thus, the money has been seated in their accounts accruing interests while I am severely aggravated and stressed out, unnecessarily.
Their business practice are predatory indeed. Wasted time and efforts, put a halt on other home improvement projects, and placed my family and myself in peril, by not having the windows in the time frame specified in the contract. I regret immensely doing business with this company.
I want a full refund of my deposit in the amount of $12,000.00 still waiting for their response.

I cannot believe the experience I just had with this company! the extremely pushy, rude and aggressive woman that is working here named Hannah who came out to my mother in laws home for a quote (just now leaving at almost 10pm from a 7pm appt!) was a basket case! the games that were played today, the HOURS of my time she wasted. My wife could not make it to the Appt and although I am the decision maker it does NOT mean I am going to hire the very first company to come out and give me a quote! nor am I going to hire someone who was trying to FORCE me to hire her! she was putting so much pressure on us like if her life depended on it! she upset my mother in law SO BADLY and my mother in law is a first responder nurse who wins awards for COMPASSION annually. This woman brought my mother in law completely out of her character, I couldn't believe it. This woman was so rude and she actually called me a liar in my own home! she tried to quote me $52,000 for a tiny 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house that's less than 1,000 sq ft! and then try to come back and tell me $22,000! what a crock! then she went from 9% interest down to 4%, these people literally told me they were doing me a favor and giving me a discount when it was really that they were simply over charging and then coming back down to earth where the rest of us live because my friend has a slightly larger house than ours and told me she paid $21,000 for impact glass, which sounds about right but its not even the money at this point, it was the behavior of Hannah that led her to literally be kicked out of our house! If the owner of this business is reading this...Hannah is not someone you should be sending out in the field to people's homes! she was behaving odd and almost bi-polar. she went from being rude, pushy and aggressive and literally calling me names! to telling us she loved us and had fun at our house and thought we were cool people, all while she was being kicked out! welp...company # 2 will be coming out to give me a quote immediately (as I had planned anyway!) because even if this woman told me $10,000 for impact windows on a mansion, I would still NOT give her my business after this! how dare her think I would hire the very first company to come out for a quote on something as expensive as hurricane impact windows! and how dare her think I don't have the right to say NO or that I will think about it, whether or not my wife is present. I was NEVER going to make a $52,000 or $22,000 or $2,000 decision on the spot and to ask (or should I say force) me to after I said no is just insanity. the moment I said I was going to think about it and was not deciding tonight she went nuts and got mad at me! then she tried to tell me I yelled at her, total blasphemy. there was witnesses there, I never yelled or raised my voice. wow. never had an experience like this before in my 40 years of life. sheesh that was exhausting and uncomfortable!

Beware of their pricing. I priced with 4 companies and they came in $60,000 more than all the other 3 companies in the area. They offered to come back again to ""see what they could do"" but I can't reward that business model. Especially when the other guys were more honest upfront and much quicker with their assessment. Paradise spent 3 hours doing a presentation trying to sell me on their superior product. They quoted $200k for the job, offered a special discount of $130k. Everyone else came in at $61-66k.

This rating should be no stars! Had a contract for replacement windows, then found out that the call to the boss about our price was fake! went from $39000 down to 16000...then we decided we were being scammed and found another company that was $4000 cheaper for the same window! They already had our check for down payment, and cashed it within 36 hrs. They say a refund takes 10 business, now its 13 business days and still no check. Bad business, stay away!!

This is my second review; the first detailed the many issues and I was asked to remove it as it didn't show the company in the perfect light that they fool us, the public into thinking that they stand. I was impressed with the many awards UNTIL......
My intent is to inform, the windows are of great quality. Please ask questions and READ all fine print as they offer no information. The staff will scold you about fees that you are responsible for. ' IF I WERE YOU I WOULD READ, IT'S IN THE PAPERWORK THAT YOU SIGNED."" They could certainly improve on responsibility, accountability and communication and phone etiquette.
One week after installation, my screen door got stuck, the frame was bent. I was given a few dates to reinstall, Covid got blamed, I was told the replacement item was there then 5 mins later it wasn't. I was told by "" P "" that my windows are in and the screen door is only cosmetic. That is a portion of the $17,600 ( 5 windows and a slider) job if I'm not mistaken. Also if I was not available for inspection that I will be charged. Ms P had taken a loud and less than professional tone with me but quickly calmed down when she realized that she was also talking to my husband. As I reiterated to Miss C, Miss P and Miss A.... In our numerous conversations , I most certainly do not feel valued and I most definitely will NOT be having a Paradise day.

The workers were awesome, they covered all of my furniture through out the house. It appears that the job is well done but we haven't experienced any storms yet. I got them in October 2020. However, they don't return your calls. Their warranty department will send you an email instead of speaking with you. Paige should not be in charge of that department she is the worse. They delivered a window with a cracked pane, it was replace but not installed. Apparently I am responsible to do it or pay $175 for a part that was damaged upon delivery and it's under warranty, go figure. And now no handyman will install it because they do not want to be responsible for replacing the pane. Terrible customer service

3 guys on one door? Still couldn't fix it. Left a mess. Door worse than ever than before. A long way to go. We have a defective boarded up window. I wish I had good impact windows already, we ordered oct 8 2020

Update: They finally showed up to install the cracked window - over 3 MONTHS to fix one window - and caulk the remaining windows they never finished. Well, they caulked everything, and the guys who worked were great as usual, but the window they brought was the WRONG one. Now we have to wait God knows how long until the next one comes in. Eric, their Installation Manager, told me he never told me to ""G.I. Joe it for awhile."" Flat out lie. But I can't prove it, I don't record my calls. He also told me they ""laugh at the reviews on Yelp."" He kept telling me he ""appreciates me."" For the amount of money we paid, he should, and I haven't seen it. I'm just so sorry we went with this company, and their horrific customer service. All they have given me is lip service, & Eric didn't even remember me at first. I'm finishing this review with a strong suggestion to do your homework before purchasing these important windows. Because they're not done, and it's not going to get any better waiting for one window, & still not finished after a purchase on 9/1/20
