I contacted Paradise Exteriors to get my windows replaced. I when thru the process with YGRENE and had all my windows and doors replaced except 1. The largest window in my house was broken when they recieved it and somehow they made the mistake of not noticing for 10 days and came to do my install without it. 3 weeks later they came to install the replacement window and the window was the wrong design and then the installer broke 1/3 of the window so we had to wait for another replacement. Here I am not more than 2 months after my initial install date and ive been told 3 x that my parts are backordered with no end in sight. I will be filing complaints with the appropriate parties and already contacted YGrene...what a shame...I would not refer this company to anyone after my experience.

I just replaced my old windows with new impact windows and am very impressed with Paradise Exteriors.
I'm extremely satisfied with the entire experience - from initial consultation through final installation. Everyone was very professional and polite which made a very involved home modification project as pleasant as it could be. Phone contacts/updates were timely and helpful and everything proceeded as scheduled.
The installers arrived on time (actually earlier after calling to let me know they'd be early) and were very polite and conscientious, repeatedly asking me to let them know if I saw anything wrong because they wanted to be sure they did it right and that I was satisfied. They were very concerned about the condition that they left the work area and spent a lot of time covering tables and items before starting to protect from dust and debris. On completion they vacuumed and even mopped to leave the work area as clean as possible.
I would definitely recommend Paradise Exteriors to anyone looking to install hurricane impact windows.

Out of four contractors, Paradise Exteriors offered the price that best worked with my budget. The customer service experience with this company was great--they kept me well updated. The installation was good, and the inspector passed it on the first round without any problems.

The product is only as good as the people that sell and install them.
I had a horrible experience with Paradise. It took 11 months to complete my installation. We put the order in June, installation began in November, and was not finalized until September the following year. It took three visits to finally install a piece of aluminum trim on a french door. ( I have a chain of emails to prove it).
The lack of communication, misinformation, and ineptitude were unbelievable.
Early this year, we figure, let's give them a second chance and do the last two sliding doors since they already have our information. For a reason out of our control, we had to back out of the deal, I submitted the requested signed document via email and waited for my deposit.
Time passes and no answer from Mr. Brasil. Then we started playing phone tag, and I even called the office and left him messages with third parties. Finally more than six months later we get on the phone.
I'm told that because I did not walk (mail) my cancelation document in time I could not be refunded. That it was stated on the papers I signed.
They may be correct, but my feeling is that he did not act in good faith and decided not to respond to my email with the signed document to let me know that I still needed to send the signed paper by mail.
I only lost a few dollars, but buyers beware.
Be careful when signing the contract on the iPad, they purposely rush you thru so you don't have a chance to read the details until is too late. They will start with a high dollar figure and them ""make"" a phone call to get you a ""better deal"" did the same with my mother in law, who's sliding door are installed crooked also.
I have referred friends and family to other companies and told them to stay away from these people. This is a legit review and I have documents and emails to prove it.

My experience with Paradise Exteriors is one of the worse ever experiences anyone can have with a contractor. Next week it will be 4 months since I gave this irresponsible company a down payment of $1,000 + $30 dollars they charged me for paying with a credit card that I believe it's illegal to do.
They still haven't taken the measurements necessary to fabricate the windows and I'm asking to get my initial deposit back (which they have refused to do) in order to hire a reputable company to install the windows I need for my home.
Beware if you hire these clowns because chances are they're going to play with your money and will aggravate you to the point of losing your patience.
It looks like nothing short of legal action will be necessary to solve this problem.

Paradise Exteriors is a great company to select when replacing doors and windows. They are responsive, pricing is competitive and installation accomplished in one day. Would highly recommend

I was referred by a coworker, my overall experience with this company was exceptional. Very informative during the whole process, even when I had questions. The installation crew was great, thorough with trying to minimize the dust and did their best with clean up. I did get a crack in one of my windows but the customer service department was great and was able to order a new window in no time.

Wish I could leave no star or negative star.
All started by scheduling a consultation/quote visit.
2.5 hours later......salesman left. (2:00-4:30)
Horrible Experience. His used car salesman technique was terrible.
10 windows, 3 doors. $56,000 but....with discount 40,000
if I call owner, and have him call in a favor to manufacturer, maybe 22,000 because, my windows are like skinny horses, needed to be taken out and shot.
Salesman was disrespectful to my wife , when she would talk he would ignore her, or cut her off. Anything she had to say was dismissed. Pushy for me to give him a YES answer. Was pushing SoftLite windows, because is the only product they sell, but when some of my windows did not fit their pre-fab size, told me I had to go casement CWI window on those, eventhough they only sell Softlite. I had no choices for my front door, just what they have. ( like 3 models) when my wife asked about the price difference between two door models the answer was
"" if you have to worry about money, then we are not the company for you""
Salesman kept looking at his smart watch and messages, like he was waiting or expecting to be somewhere else within an allotted time.
Did powerpoint presentation with pictures of owner's wife when they got married, high school sweethearts...yada yada.
Honestly, who cares. I called you for a quote.
When I did not agree to pricing, would not even leave a quote; left just saying, the price good for a year is 56000, we could have worked something out today, had I called my boss.....
Dude....you can call your boss, just for me to tell him how disrespectful, rude, and pushy you were.
Yes...everyone has to work, everyone eats, but that used car salesman technique is long obsolete.
I have had other estimates, one dude walked in with a cell phone, measured gave me price in less than 20 min.
That is what a free estimate means....not a 1.5 hr useless presentation.
Oh....he wanted to know how much I pay FPL, my insurance etc.
Then proceeded to tell me my insurance is shit, and I probably got it so cheap, because the deductible is high, and that is all I can afford.
WTF!!!!!! When I told him I was paying cash, was like...wouldn't you rather me get you into a loan, and you put your money to work for you in the bank. I was like...NO. Cash, so that if you don't finish ...i don't pay.
Avoid these people....I hope the owner...who he claims is super involved with company day to day reads this.
Mr. Owner....review your sales practice. The powerpoint is useless. No need to inflate price, to then lower it and feel customer feel as if he/she is getting a good deal. That may have worked in the 80's....but now we have this thing called the ""internet"" maybe you have heard about it.
OH...and even as he left...was telling me how wrong I was, that if I want this like I really want them, just to do windows with them, and doors with someone else. kept on bringing up he lives in West Miami, and pays less electricity than me, on a bigger newer and modern house.
Good Grief.....

What a scam!!!! I feel sorry for anyone who falls for this marketing scam. It's set up exactly like a time share marketing ploy. They give you a discount to write them a positive review!!!!!! My estimate started at $150,000 after a 3 hour sales pitch and if I do all these marketing things for them like writing a positive review, putting a sign in my yard for 3 months and referring at least 5 new clients they can get the price down to $75,000. I declined and keep receiving endless calls. Pound sand paradise exteriors!!! You should be revoked of your business license.

I am totally pleased with the service, product & communication with this company, from the first visit to post installation. Highly recommended!
