Paradise Exteriors installed my windows and doors in May. There were multiple issues with the install, the windows themselves, defective screens, damage to my home inside and out, and my front door. All of these issues were reported immediately after install, and it is now October and only one item has been taken care of. They agreed to replace my door, frame, and sidelite completely and to replace all of the screens that had issues with holes, tears, and sizing (screens not fitting properly in the windows). In following up with the company's Operations Director, he agreed to all of the work and came out to complete the inspection. Well, low and behold, he is no longer with the company and now they are claiming that nothing was reported in a timely fashion and that Carlos (their Operations Director) didn't report anything. All of these issues were in fact reported and I even received a call from the Install Manager (Eric) about the issues and he is the one that is constantly telling me nothing was reported and he didn't agree to anything. He doesn't realize I have all of this information via email. Regarding the screens, I have an email from their Office Manager (Brittany) where she claims all of the screens were ordered and they would contact me once they were in to get them installed. I never heard back until I called to follow up. She then proceeded to tell me they have 3 of the screens and they came in incorrect as well. Then tells me they are only replacing 3 as that is what was originally reported. That is incorrect as per her email confirmation back to me, it was all of them. When I pushed back, she came back saying they were out of warranty and that I would have to contact the manufacturer directly to get them replaced. She forwards the warranty website for me to complete. I did not get my screens from the manufacturer and the issue is not damage which the warranty website is asking about, but its with the fit of all of the screens and damage to the select few.

After trying to speak with them, they promise all of these items over the phone and when you request it in writing it never comes. Then when you call back to follow up, the conversation is selectively remembered. The office staff is very rude when your trying to address their issues with their work.

Terrible sales & customer service. Sales rep gave a price good for only the time he stays in my home - then it DOUBLES. I gave a deposit until I could check financing and another option. They NEVER provided their financing documents until AFTER the expiration of the right to rescind. Tried to contact the financing managers and they were rude and condescending. Of course, they will not refund my $500 deposit. Don't go near them - they are crooks!

We called about windows and were very very Leary after having all our money taken by an unscrupulous contractor. Bernie was our salesman. He was spectacular! He explained everything and no pressure what so ever. We went ahead with the windows now having to finance them He was there a total of a half hour. Next we dealt with Jerry in finance. Trust me when I tell you, he took his time with us and gave us several options. I'm happy

These people were a NO-SHOW after I confirmed on the phone and my email. I called their number after they were a 1/2 hour late and nobody bothered to call back after saying she would investigate the situation. WASTED MY TIME

certainly not loved. certainly not liked. they called last night 8pm. set up an appointment to estimate a roof. however, as with most of these companies its all about the sales pitch.

the ""salesman"" shows up with his laptop, brief case, little white folder with red trim i-phone xyz. made it very clear the night before i would give 30 minutes, i am busy and when scheduled made it clear.

the salesman, decided or they decided they needed to move the appointment up, earlier. so we did, remember the half hour thing. well thats out the door. the salesman from this point on we will call him jr. well jr was ready to bust arteries when we said no hour. he called his office and put me on the phone with the speed talker. the woman talked to fast, was so upset, not understanding.. no reschedule.

i want a roof. hence, a price on a roof. no stories, no extra systems. it a roof. give a price.
