Since the day we moved into our new build almost 7 years ago, our master bedroom was 10 degrees higher than the rest of the house which was at the set 75 degree temperature. You can instantly feel the 10 degree increase. Thinking we needed insulation, I called Paradigm Roofing and talked with John F. who assured me this was not an insulation problem. John google mapped my house, visited and provided his diagnosis which was 100% spot on. After install, it was a dramatic difference. AMAZING! Thank you!

If I could give this company a zero, I would. In a heartbeat. They have promised multiple times that they would arrive on a Sunday to put the tile in my half bath downstairs. We wait & wait. No one arrives. AND - we never even get the courtesy of a text back. Awesome. They botched the metal roof over our porch. When we reached out, they finally showed up and claimed that 'their person already came out to fix it'. Well, my husband works from home & NO ONE arrived to fix anything. The owner showed up on our porch unannounced on a Friday to say that he personally looked at the metal roof & it was fixed. Nope. From the beginning, these guys over promised and WAY underdelivered. Speaking of Friday's... Interestingly enough, both times we were told things were good to go and got any level of personal service was when they needed to make payroll on a Friday. The roofing gigs were HUGE last year & these guys are building a new, huge office facility. My theory is that they are WAY overextended & can't afford to fix their mistakes. Not to mention, their overhead percentage margins are also inflated to pay for their new empire they are building. Yes. That is pure sarcasm. What ISN'T a joke is how strongly I recommend any customer to steer clear of this company! I won't even go there on the sales guy that promised us the moon & stars. Yelp caps you on characters.

We used Paradigm to replace the roof on our home and barn, and couldn't be more pleased. Kyle the salesman was very professional and communicated well before, during, and after completion of the project to be sure we had no issues. They were able to provide the unique style roofing we wanted on out Victorian home and the installation went very well. The whole crew, from Robert the production coordinator to the roofing crew were very friendly and did an outstanding job. Our home turned out beautifully and the costs was right in line.
