I trust no one else with my roof. Randy, Bill, and Bill's wife are all ""top notch"" and extremely professional. We've had several nasty hail storms in McKinnney over the course of the last 10 years and Pappas has always done my roof. The team at Pappas are great to work with, they require minimal customer input, and they are very quick to adjust / fix anything that needs to be adjusted. The actual crews that do the work are spot on in terms of timing and professionalism, and overall pricing is fair and in line with fair market values. Zach with Pappas Roofing knocked on my door a few months ago and offered to check out my roof to see if it should be replaced. I had lots of hail damage and he was able to work with my insurance to get them to cover a new roof. They were even willing to install a solar powered attic vent while they were working on the roof. They were extremely professional. The whole process took minimal input from me. The work was done quickly and my roof looks great. I had a minor hangup that I didn't catch until a few months later. I talked to Bill about it and they came out and backed up their work without any major issues.
