Got a new roof with panda. They were excellent and did the work in a timely manner. Cleaned up everyday at end of shift. Jill provided excellent documentation of all work done. Saved me money on inspections and helped with homeowners insurance by providing warranty and wind mitigation reports. Excellent company

Our experience with Panda Roofing in Vero Beach, Fl
We signed the contract in November of 2022 - not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate. We were told by Jill when we signed the contract that the roof would be scheduled to be done the first week in January 2023 and that it would probably take less than a week, but no more than 1 week to complete. We stopped by the office to recheck the date in December and were told they had scheduled it to begin January 25th. We were surprised at the delayed date, but it would still work for us. Well, guess what - January 25th came and went - and no one called or showed up. By the following afternoon, and no call, I called them. I was told they would be there the following week. Okay - that would work. Except - they didn't show up the following week. They finally arrived on February 8th. What was supposed to take a week or less, took them a month. Days would go by and no one would show up - and of course no one called us. We called them and of course received the assurance workers would be there soon. We would be told product would be delivered to our home on a specific date - and nothing would arrive. When we asked about that, it was because they had it delivered to another location. Gee - do you think maybe someone else got their roof done before they came back to complete ours? I don't know for certain - but makes me wonder. Anyway, we had been told our roof would be finished over a weekend - we were out of town, but when we returned home - the roof was not completed. Once again, I called the office - no one even realized workers hadn't come back to finish the job - they thought it was completed!
We called the office, as well as Jill the manager, multiple times. We were told we would receive a return phone call - but of course that didn't happen. There are two areas in the front of the house that are esthetically unsightly. We asked for Jill to not only call us back, but come talk to us so we could show her our concerns. I was told she would call, but of course she didn't. Nor, did she ever show up. We finally went to the Panda Office on Wednesday, March 15th. Taryn set up an appointment to see the owner for that Friday, March 17th at 1000 to discuss our concerns. When we arrived Friday, we were told that there was no appointment scheduled and the owner wasn't there. However, his phone rang in his office, so the worker checked and let him know we were there to see him.
We explained our frustration due to the lack of communication, delays in getting the roof completed and in general just the poor customer service. We wanted to tell him directly so he was aware of the issues and could address them. Our goal was not to write a review. We also showed him pictures of the 2 areas on the front of our roof we were concerned with. He reviewed them and agreed that they did not look correct and he would send someone out. We paid the 3rd installment on the roof and left feeling like everything would be taken care of. Wrong! Once again, phone calls and messages were left and no one returned our calls. Finally, on April 6th, a worker arrived, looked at the roof and said it looked the way it was supposed to. I find that strange considering the owner looked at the pictures and agreed it didn't look like it should. From April 6th til today, April 18th, phone calls and messages were left - with no return phone call. Friday of last week I called and Taryn promised she would check things out and call me back in one hour. Of course, I didn't receive a call back. I called again this afternoon. Taryn answered. I asked why she hadn't called me back when she'd promised and her response was - ""I did call you back, but got disconnected"". I asked her if she just called the one time and she responded that she had tried multiple times but couldn't get through. She also stated that they had been having problems with their phone lines at the office. So - no one called back, and I guess no one has a cell phone to use if they are having office phone problems. At any rate, Panda's promise is ""we'll make you smile"". Well, I can guarantee we are not smiling. We were exceedingly nice and patient during this whole process - we tried to be understanding because we understand it can be difficult to get/keep workers etc. I have NEVER written a complaint about a company like this until today. Panda even sent an email with their final invoice asking us to give them a 5 Star rating. You've got to be kidding me!!! They are lucky to get a 2 Star rating, and the only reason they are getting that high is because I believe the workers....................when they did show up........................did a good job and they were nice and respectful. However, once we signed the contract there was a consistent lack of communication, broken promises and very poor customer service. Because of this, I would never recommend them.

great workers. cheerful office personnel, but dont look for any discounts, senior or other wise. full price only. also asked juan writing up order if they could replace tiles anywhere else on my roof and without even looking he added $300 to contract. there were none to replace so they left me the 5 extra tiles they brought along.

Panda's staff was very professional in all facets of the project. Their thorough inspection of my old roof, presentation on its condition and a reasonable price gave me confidence that Panda was the best choice for job.

Huge delay in finished product. When the wrong materials showed up Panda still wanted 95% of payment and called often to get it. Continued broken appointments with calls the night before. Their policy to make it right are lies. No discount or even a free shower washer. Now continued emails asking for reviews even after I asked them to look at my file and continue to give them a bad review.

We had a representative from Panda come out to look at our bathroom for a remodel. He took measurements, said they could do the job and would get back with us for a bid. That as 3 weeks ago. Absolutely NO follow up. I even e-mailed the gentleman directly after a week, still no response. Guess they either didn't want the job or weren't capable of doing the work but would have appreciated a follow up letting us know something either way. Very disappointing.

I was looking forward to having someone out to take a look at my bathroom and to give me a quote for a remodel, even though I was hesitant based on some of the reviews. I made an appointment for someone to come out. Waited for them, and after waiting 35 minutes, texted Johnny to find out where the salesperson was. He called back informing us that he was unaware that the salesperson was off today and asked if we could reschedule. Unfortunately, the fact that there is a lack of communication within the company and the fact that no one called us to tell us they were not going to make it out today left a bad taste in our mouth so we are going to look elsewhere. I do not want to run into communication problems after a contract is signed or when work is in progress so it's not really worth the hassle.
