I had a leak through event pipe that for two years I could get no one to repair properly or at all . I finally reached out to Palmetto roofing and they took care of it. The roofers name was John and he was exceptional in his customer service. He came into the house to figure out which pipe was leaking, changed out the boot, and although the pipe is in the back of the house that nobody could see, his tile didn't match perfectly so he went out and got a couple pieces of black tile that fit perfectly. Then he came back and showed me the work and explained the repair to confirm everything was in order.

From the initial visit to the final inspection Kevin was awesome! He knows his stuff and got to the root of our problem quickly and efficiently. The only negative I can say is that I was waiting to hear when my job would be scheduled and got the call I was on the schedule about 1pm and was told the guys would be here at 5. Fortunately I was home otherwise that would present an issue. I highly recommend these guys for your job big or small!

Sean did an excellent job with our roof replacement. It was a very smooth and easy process from start to finish. Sean met with our insurance adjuster to make sure all the damages were accounted for. The installers were proffesional and left the sight clean.

No response. I don't mind someone saying, ""No"" but to be ignored by a company offering the service we require? Not good public relations! I won't waste my time again with them.
