Dave and his crew did an awesome job remodeling our kitchen and installing tile floors in the kitchen and living room so happy with it. A big thank you to Ben for opening up the kitchen door frame it really looks much better. Dave has a great personality and is easy to work with. If you call him he will make time to come and deal with the problem. I highly recommend the company and his son he also helped with a little problem we had.

Recently in January a tree fell in my house and destroyed the original patio cover. I had several contractors estimate the job and most would not do all of the work needed to complete the repairs to the patio cover and roof damage to the house. I was recommended Palmer & Sons by an acquaintance who gave them my contact info. Greg immediately contacted me and provided a very reasonable estimate for ALL the work needed. They have completed the patio cover and the results are superb. It is exactly what I wanted and even better than the original with insulation and thoroughly flashed to the house, also superior to the original. Their craftsmen work diligently for several long days even in rain to get the cover completed. David oversaw the work and kept me informed on progress and made suggestions along the way to make the cover even better. I will use them again for any future projects.

My wife and I woke up one morning to find shingles had blown off our roof during a storm. Not being fond of climbing around on the roof, and knowing that we still had another week of storms on the way, I immediately reached out to a few companies to get estimates. Greg, from Palmer and Sons, was the first to respond, and was able to come out ASAP to review the damage.
Upon arriving, he immediately climbed up to check out the roof. He noticed the gutters were full, and took the time to clear them for us. He took a few pics of the damage, provided a few options, and made a reasonable suggestion to simply repair the damage vs replacing the entire roof at this point.
After making plans for them to repair the roof, Greg and his brother were even able to tarp the roof to protect it until they had time to do a full repair.

TLDR:
They did a great job, at a fair price, and communicated often and clearly during the entire process. 10/10

3rd time ive worked with Palmer & Sons on roof repairs. Everytime, they come in with an estimate less than their competitors, a faster response, and work that meets or exceeds expectations. Great company.

I've already recommended this company to a friend. Lord willing, I will definitely be using Palmer & Son's Construction again for some upcoming projects. I had a leak in my roof and called two other companies; one said they could come out in February, and the other said March. Neither would come out to put tarp on my roof. That meant I would be without heat as the leak was dripping into the closet where my heating unit is located.

I called Palmer & Son's, and Dave, the owner and a very friendly person, came out the next day. He came out to put a tarp on until they could schedule me an appointment. However, he was able to repair the hole. It was a blessing. Great service!

Awesome experience with this company. They came in, gave me an awesome quote, started working, complete the job in a few weeks, cleaned up, and lastly did a quality check to make sure my family was happy with it. Totally recommend them. David is super nice and worked with my budget. Ben is super knowledgeable and wears many hats. Ben works super hard and easy to talk too. The other employees that came in for part of the job were respectful and did their jobs quickly and cleanly as possible. I love my new kitchen remodel and it came out better than I hoped for. Dave Palmer came to the house and gave me an estimate for dry rot and installing a new window in one of our bedrooms.
His estimate was a fair price being about half of the two other estimates I received.
Ben and his crew were very professional, arrived when they said they would and went right to work. They did a great job and even did a few added things I wasn't expecting.
I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if needed.

I saw a negative review above and have to speak out!!!! This company does NOT deserve a negative review! They've remodeled parts of my house and fixed and updated other parts... Dave knows his stuff, having been in the construction business for many years and his sons (electrician and construction) are super-duper professionals!

His son fixed some crazy wiring in our kitchen that no one else could fix right! Finally! We were so impressed!!!

So far they've done a new roof, a new bathroom and something else I can't remember, plus fixed a plumbing/piping issue. The roof is the new ""cool roof"" and it looks fantastic!!! The bathroom remodel looks like a hotel spa bathroom and they had to overcome some obstacles which was not a biggie because of Dave's experience!!!

They always return our calls right away and make themselves available!
Our neighbors are having their kitchen redone by this company and it's gonna look fantastic!!!!

Over the course of the work they've done, their family has become our family and it hurts that someone would give such a negative review for such great people!

These people are sincere, professional and extremely good at what they do and they charge a fair price!
