Palmer roofing was recommended to me by a friend and I am very happy they did. After a bad storm Alex came over to inspect my roof and identified hail damage throughout. He took picture and discussed with me the process work working with my insurance. Later that week Alex came back to my house when the claims adjuster was there and he talked him through the damage as the adjuster flew a drown over my house to inspect the room. The adjuster agreed there was damaged and the next week Alex got me scheduled to replace my roof. Alex walked me through the different types of shingles dropped off example shingles which helped me find the right one for my house. The next week Alex had a team out at my house and they did the roof in one day. When they finished it looked great and Alex was very helpful explaining everything they did and also submitted picture of my gutters that also had damage but the inspector couldn't see with the drone. Insurance approved and a few weeks later we had new gutters installed as well. I have recommended Alex to friends and he had done two of my neighbors houses as well.

The thing I found most respectable about Alex is his honesty. He went to another neighbors house and told him his roof was in good shape and there was no need to replace it. Being able to trust someone is huge and I trust Alex and will continue to recommend him and his company.

We had Palmer Contracting Inc give us a quote to replace a hail damaged roof. my neighbor had just used these guys, and after seeing the finished product, I contacted Alex Palmer and requested he look at my roof. After inspection, he confirmed there was significant hail damage, and supplied pics. Subsequently, we contacted StateFarm, and they immediately started a claim. Once the adjuster came out, Alex met him there, and within 5 days the date was set to replace the roof. The entire process from start to finish was meticulously done. The crew that did the work started promptly at 7:30 and finished at just after 7:00 that evening. Needless to say, if you desire a reputable company, with skilled crews, and an owner who does everything he says he will do, then Palmer Contracting Inc is someone you should look into using. We will certainly refer, and use them again for other areas.

Palmer Contracting installed a new roof for me and I love it! Alex and his crew were nice and professional. He walked me through the process with my insurance company and it was all a lot easier than I thought it would be. He had rebates that helped with my deductible. Yay!

Roof Claim Express was recommended to us by our neighbors and installed our new roof and gutters. The installers were very fast and you could tell this wasn't their first rodeo, they knew what they were doing! We did a little research and were impressed with how many years they've been in business compared to most roofing company's that we researched. They also get 5 starts for helping with our insurance claim. At first we only received a little money for our claim but Alex, the owner of Roof Claim Express, told us not to worry about it and that he would handle everything with our insurance to make sure we got enough money for all the code items needed too. They included us in every step and made sure we knew what was happening through the entire process. Our roof doesn't leak and looks great.
