Palm Roofing is an absolutely wonderful company. From start to finish I was kept advised on what was happening and the crew was always on time and never left a mess! Omar and the ladies at the office were beyond helpful and very patient with all of my inquiries. My daughter is an attorney who does construction cases and one of her expert witnesses told her that Palm Roofing was the BEST company to use, hands down!!

They kept me informed every step of the way. Their workers were professional and efficient. Linda and Juliana in the office and Omar who came out to provide the estimate and make sure all went according to plan were amazing. They were always there whenever I had a question or concern. I would give them 10 stars if I could !! Best roofing company out there. Everything was great from the beginning, John was the project manager, we got the quote very fast, excellent price and he was always available for us to answer every question always polite and happy to help. We ended up getting a metal roof, the workers were fast clean and very professional. Linda at the office was great too. Overall the roof came out beautifully. We are so happy we chose them.

Waited 2 years for our Hurricane Irma settlement and during that time looked at a lot of roofs. When the time came we chose Palm Roofing. They started out fantastic and ended up half - ss! Removal of old Barrel Tile and dry in by Palm was professional and clean. However when it came time to put the new tiles on the roof another company showed up that did not speak English and sloppily slapped our tiles on without care. My roof looks like it has cement giraffe spots!. We complained and Palm said the tiles were defective due to a luminous process. Palm then sent the tile company supervisor to our home who said there is nothing wrong with the tile and everything (the cement) will fade away in 6 months and it will then look new. It better!!! 30K for a spotted roof??
PS- The house around the corner did the same roof as ours with another company and it doesn't have cement spots. In fact it looks beautiful..........ours does not.

After 26 years and numerous spot repairs, I finally needed to replace my 516 sq. ft. patio flat roof. I also needed a 5' x 5' section of the main roof repaired ASAP due to a leak going into the house. I obtained 3 estimates, and Palm Roofing's bid was in the middle. I liked that they are in the South Dade area. The estimator, Jacob, was very helpful and his estimate of the price (including ""worst case"" scenarios) came very close to the actual end cost. The office staff kept in contact and were available for any questions via e-mail. I signed a contract for the job on 2/5/19. On 2/9/19, 2 workers came by on a Saturday to do the main roof repair. They were 3 hours late and I wasn't able to be present, but the leak appeared to be repaired. The actual flat roof replacement wasn't started until 80 days later. I wish it could've been sooner, but this wasn't an emergency type repair. During the wait on 2 occasions, there were heavy rains which caused the flat roof to leak. Both times, I contacted Jacob the estimator. He personally responded within 24 hours to go up and make temporary repairs to the roof, so I appreciated that. On the day of the actual repair, the 7 man crew and their supervisor, Yonny, responded on time. They took care to cover my pool and spa during the tear-off of the old roof. They methodically put on the new roof and repaired some of the old ceiling as well, per my request. They were done in 7 hours, and left the job site as clean as could be expected. I went up on the roof with the Cutler Bay roofing inspector when he came out, and he stated Palm was a good company and that they'd done an excellent job on my roof. Overall, I would recommend Palm Roofing. However, don't be surprised if there is a long waiting period for the project to commence.

I used Palm Roofing last year for a tear off and total re-roofing job on my house in Palmetto Bay and was EXTREMELY impressed with their professionalism. They are very prompt and their prices were fair. They did excellent work and were super pleasant to deal with. Especially Kelley in the office. I'm an e-mail girl and she did a fantastic job of accommodating that!!

They work good and fast, picked up everything after themselves and when it comes to details this are the guys to call, all the roof eave that they repleced was painted the same color as the rest of them i am extremely satisfied with the work they've done. This roofing company has got to be the only honest and trustworthy one in Miami! The owner named Julio is to be commended for being a helpful, charming, honest and capable roofing contractor. Their workmanship is perfect and prompt. The pricing is more than fair. All I can say is: Choose Palm Roofing if you are looking for the Best!
