We hired Paletz Roofing after we had our inspections for our home we purchased in January 2021. Marlon was the first person we met and he was very professional and provided us a detailed list and videos of what needed to be done. We then spoke with Will Ventress who was extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand the process. Once we were approved by building and zoning his team showed up ontime with masks and got the job done. They worked hard and the best part is that they cleaned up any debris that they created. I was blown away by their readiness to work, professionalism and most importantly cleanliness. I would have given this company 10 stars if they let me. Best roofing company in the business hands down!!!

I just purchased my home and the roof was recently repaired with this company with the old owners. When I purchased the house, we were made aware of the repair. Last weekend when it started raining really badly the roof started leaking again. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and check it. The customer service on the phone and in person was spot on and I'm very happy with the work they've done. You call them and they answer that is a BIG thing for me. If your looking for a roofing company give them a try. I've heard nothing but great things!

I called Paletz after being screwed over by another local roofing company-- I should have called them from the very beginning! They were fast, personable, priced reasonably but the best part was they were so clean! A reroof gets messy for anyone who knows about them, it could be a nightmare but wow these guys were spotless and so professional. Don't waste your time go with Paletz!

I hire them few years ago for a flat roof re roofing, right after the installation, Flashing was done improperly if not missing completely, drain miss place, but it was too late for relocation with out doing more damage. few months after the repairs more leaks develop in new places, after 2 years coming every other month to do more repairs, they send another contractor, he find numerous defects on the installation and correct them much better, again another contractor. The employees are a bunch of pigs, leaving lots of cigarettes butts, nails and debris all over.
There are better ones out there.
I own several rental properties and believe me I will not recommend this guys for nothing. I did not sue them because it was cheaper to have some one fix the problems than waste time and money with attorneys.

We selected Paletz Roofing after receiving a total of 5 quotes for our home in Keystone Lake. Very happy that we did. All quotes were within about a thousand dollars of each other so I know the price was competitive. The job was finished ahead of schedule and completed in a clean and professional manner. We did have an issue with the manufacturer of the tiles and Joe Paletz was quick to intercede and represent our interests with the local manufacture's representative. He went above and beyond what we had expected. They documented the repairs and replacement of the damaged plywood and only charged what was agreed upon and what was fair. They did include 2 new attic vents at no charge, something none of the other companies did. Joe explained that in addition to reducing our energy costs, the vents would lower the temperature of our roof and increase it's life span. Amazing that no one else recommended that. A neighbor, who is a realtor in the area, recommended them to us and said that she has only heard good things about the company.
