Palace Roofing is awesome! Peter runs an excellent business. Efficiency and integrity are the names of the game. We called to see if they could look at our roof and a couple of skylights. Peter took the time to visit us and in the process cleaned off a copious quantity of leaves and acorns from the roof. He then gave us a realistic look at the condition of our roof and skylights. Peter provided a common-sensical solution for us to address the immediate issues without expensive measures.

We happened to call Palace Roofing at a time when there was some flexibility in his schedule, so he was able to have someone come out and do the job for us THE SAME DAY. Amazing. But I know as he gets busy, this may not always be the case for us. Homero came out about an hour or two later and completed the job. I must say that he went Above and Beyond in delivery of service. Not only did he clean the roof, but I walked outside to find my porch and driveway had been cleaned of leaves, as well. I'm absolutely floored by their kindness and service ethic.

I'm very glad we called Palace, and I won't be hesitating to reach out to Peter for his company's services should the need arise.

I hired ""Peter the Roofman"", from Palace Roofing Restoration and Gutters to replace my old roof for the following reasons.
After he presented his proposal, he took me outside to his truck and showed me the materials, and explained the processes he would use to replace my roof. He then walked me around my home showing me the areas that had rotten wood where water had leaked from my old roof. He explained what he would do to correctly prevent those problems from occurring with his new roof installation.
Peter showed me the latest manufacturer's specifications and materials for new roof installations. He cut out the technical jargon in favor of language that even the non-technical person can understand.
Despite my gripes about the problems he found, his attitude remained friendly and empathetic. He told me that he would treat my roof replacement as he would his home.
Throughout the roof replacement process, Peter supplied photographs of how the new roof installation was progressing. He also, showed me how old and ineffective gutters led to my garage roof rotting.
His excellent customer service, knowledge of roofing installation, and understanding of the most current materials and how manufacturers wanted them installed, sold me that his company was my best option to replace my roof.
I highly recommend Palace Roofing Restoration and Gutters to anyone requiring excellent roof and gutter replacement services.

I waited a few weeks before writing this to get some heavy rains after Palace installed new gutters with micromesh covers.

What I liked about Peter was when he came out to see our house - he jumped on a ladder and got on both stories to inspect. He spent a good amount of time with us the first meeting. He gave us a solid quote and had samples of the various gutters and covers.

Peter ended up being the best priced vendor we spoke with by a good amount. We ended up paying a little more than the quote b/c the previous gutters required extra labor to remove them. Even with the extra amount, the final price was still better by a good amount vs. the next closest and reputable vendor.

There were occasional snafus with scheduling and delayed communication but in the end the gutters were installed in a timely manner. Peter would check on the job each day and kept us in the loop on any issues, etc.

They look great and have appeared to perform very well

I highly recommend this company. They gave me a very fair price, even after starting the work and realizing there were actually two layers of shingles to be removed and more wood damage than they expected. They finished in one day, did a very impressive job and cleaned up very well.
The only reason I'm not giving the full five stars is that the communication left a lot to be desired. There was about a five week gap between accepting their bid and getting the call to schedule the work. It would have been nice to get an occasional call or text to let me know the status. But, again, I would definitely recommend this company.

We had a roof leak on a pretty old roof but was not yet ready to replace the entire roof. After multiple visits from other roofing companies and no one willing to contact me back because the job was fairly small Peter stuck with me provide a honest assessment and was able to repair the leak(stop the bleeding for me). I have nothing but high praises for Palace Roofing. When I invest my hard earned money in a major home improvement project, I do a lot of research and carefully vet the contractors. Peter took all the time it required to answer my questions and taught me a few things I had not discovered on my own. First and foremost, most roof warranties are null and void as soon as a new roof is installed! Yep, you heard right. It all comes down to the quality of the installation. How the roof is installed is FAR more important than the quality of shingles used.

Peter is all about quality. While most roofers brag that they can install your roof in one day, Peter's crew took their time to ensure a proper install.

If you plan on staying in your house and don't want to deal with roof problems down the road, then Palace Roofing is the way to go.
