Pak's Roofing did a great job replacing our flat roof. Pak suggested we replace the gravel with a Mod Bit and glad we did. Pal and his crew were very efficient; they cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend these guys.

I had a very bad experience with Pak's Roofing. I had work done by Pat before and was happy with his work. After accepting 3 proposals to replace my roof which is on a townhouse with a small roof over the garage. Pak's proposal was the lowest and it did not state the garage roof was not included, in fact there was very little description but when he came out for the estimate, I showed him that the garage roof had a leak. Pat started the work and after completing the main roof he wanted to collect the final payment. I refused and asked about the garage roof. That is when things got ugly. Pak's daughter who had written the proposal became difficult and refused to mediate and instead sued me. The judge awarded Pak the remainder minus $2000. I was left with a leaking garage roof. Trust me, Don't trust Pak's daughter!

Mr. Pak installed my roof years ago. Today, it's still in very good condition and no leak. Recently, after the storm, he came by and inspect everything. He detected some issues with stuccos and other minor non related issues. They came back and repaired all issues promptly. Mr. Pak is a kind and hardworking professional.

Pak's replaced my roof yesterday, as well as replacing the roof on my 12'x20' Tuff Shed. They did an excellent job, arrived on time, and did an outstanding cleanup job. Their price was very reasonable, I had expected a higher quote. They also did my brothers roof a year or two ago, he also got all new gutters. Both roofs look great. I highly recommend them.

I'm super upset. They have communication issues. I called a week ago to make an appointment with them. The lady on the phone said the roofer will swing by that Saturday between 1-4pm to inspect, and then he will email me a quote. I had a birthday party to attend that Saturday and asked her ahead of time if I needed to be home for the inspection. Otherwise, I would have made the appointment for another day! She told me I DIDN'T have to be home unless I wanted to meet the contractor.
When I got home from the birthday party, Pak left a business card at my door. So I figured he must have come and told a look already. I waited a few days for his email. Finally, I called today to check, and the lady on the phone asked me why I wasn't home and made the roofer wait for me outside for 20min! He's upset now and doesn't want to take my job anymore. I reminded her that it was SHE who told me I DIDN'T have to be home!!!! Then she told me the roofer has flu now and can't take my job. Omg, can you imagine how upset I am now?!

Pak Roofing replaced the entire roof to my Pacifica house quickly and in my budget. I did contact them during the busy season but they always emailed or called me back to let me know what my queue was. I also liked that they used the one piece/seamless gutter system.

It rained a few days later and as expected, NO LEAKS! YAY

Great job, Looks Great! I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I had used Pak roofing about a year and a half ago to replace a drain on my roof. When I discovered water damage in an upstairs room, I called them. The woman who answered the phone (owner's wife?) was very rude, I could barely get her to listen to me. She kept telling me that they don't guarantee their work. I hadn't even brought that up. I asked to have someone come to see what the problem might be. When he (owner?) arrived a week later he, too, was very rude. I showed him into the house to see the interior damage and I had to ask him to wipe his shoes. After he looked at the roof he told me that yes, it needed repairing but he was too busy, I should call someone else.

Pak's Roofing replaced my entire roof very quickly. Mr. Pak came out and gave me a very reasonable quote. They did a great job, replaced gutters and flashing. They were very clean. Highly recommended!

Extremely fair in pricing, installed our roof 3 days after the contract was signed, professional and courteous staff, made the complete process painless. The staff came by early on the day and time they said they would be at our house, moved our backyard furniture around, cleaned up the areas they worked and put everything back. Very impressed and I would highly recommend Pak's services!
