One thing I can't tolerate in a business is disrespect for a potential customer. We had Painting Plus come out and give us an estimate for a small siding repair job. James came out and looked at the job. He committed to get back with an estimate within two days. I did not hear from James for a week so I called him. No answer so I left a voice mail message. Five days later no callback. Now I can understand the job was small and perhaps Painting Plus was not interested, but please be courteous enough to tell me you are not interested. Don't just ghost me and leave me hanging. I believe you can tell how good a company is by how they treat each of their customers. Based on the poor treatment, failure to meet commitments and lack of respect, as well as their lack of judgement in angering a potential client (and reference), I do not recommend Painting Plus of Marietta.

Painting Plus rebuilt my side and back decks last summer. The workmanship and aesthetics was great. There were a few minor issues and they came back immediately to fix them. However, a few months ago, I discovered that they accidently covered the outside dryer vent when rebuilding the side deck, causing me to have to buy a new dryer. Even though it had been almost a year since the work was completed, I contacted Charlie (the owner) and he made it right. He's a fair and honest businessman that stands behind his crew's work. That's an important characteristic not always found these days. I would recommend this company and would use them again for other home improvements.

Kent Pochmara and Painting Plus tore down my 35 y.o. deck and replaced it with an exaact duplicate made of synthetic materials that matched the color of my house, During the heart of the pandemic, building materials and wood in particular were very hard to find. Kent persvered and finished the project in good time with excellent results,

Great Experience with Painting Plus! The crew was quick, thorough, efficient, respectful and polite. My house looks great and there was no hesitation to do anything extra and make sure no details were overlooked. They replaced and/or repaired windows and siding where needed, did interior water damage repair and painting and painted the exterior (brick, stucco and siding). Would highly recommend!

Atlanta Painting Company did a good job with my inside painting. My painting project included an exercise room, den, bonus room, and a kitchenette .
There is stained wood floor molding in every room. I was very happy with the overall painting and clean up. Efren was the painter, his preparation and detail was good. I would recommend him again. Marcus was the project manager, he visited the site each day. He listen to any of my concerns and made sure that they were address. I paid for the services once the job was complete and all of the paint was dry. This gave me time to clean and arrange things back in place before the final payment. Thus, allowing me to examine their work very carefully.

Becky and crew did a great job painting our house. The house was built in 1941 and wallpaper was everywhere. They needed to skim coat many of the walls first. They did so and painted most of the house in 2 days. They were quick and professional. We felt comfortable having them in the house. I would use them again.

I hired Painting Plus to re-roof my home after having been pleased with their painting. Also. Charlie Sr was a neighbor of mine. On the last day of the job, their roofers put a nail through a sprinkler pipe, flooding my entire house. After assuring me that they would ""make it right,"" their insurance company would pay for and repair the extensive damage to my home, they walked away from the claim, saying it wasn't their fault. I couldn't reach them, they were completely unresponsive. My insurance company paid to have the extensive ($30,000+) damage repaired. I had to pay my deductible. I would never use this company again for anything.

Painting Plus provided me with an estimate that was twice the other three estimates I received. I didn't sign with them. About three weeks later they began texting me acting like they were the company I had chosen and wanted to set up dates to work. We were out of town and I thought they were the company we had chosen so they sent a man to repair stucco. No one was home to check his identification so he started. He repaired 17 Lag Bolt holes four of which were incorrect, and didn't even attempt the other three. They charged me $750.00 without ever having a contract. I have pre and post photos if you need any further info.
