Not all of these stores are actually helpful, but Angela went above and beyond and helped me with a discontinued stone that I needed for a repair. She did this after another Pacific store told me that it couldn't be done. Thank you Angela!!!! I'm grateful.

On Sep 20, 2017, Lynette Frontera, Credit Manager for Pacific Supply North Highlands, came to my home and STOLE my permitting paperwork that was posted for a roofing job being done by another contractor. Three days later, I received notice that Pacific Supply North Highlands was going to place a lien on my property. Pacific Supply North Highland did not supply the materials for this job, nor do any work on this job. How they think this is legal is beyond me. Please be aware of the vultures you are dealing with if you decide to use them as your contractor. I will now have to hire an attorney to get this straightened out. In my personal opinion, these people SUCK.
