Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. Roof leaked, called back several times and he would no-showed. Ruined furniture. Leak over bed ruin mattress. Terrible job and terrible experience.

I am really disappointed in Pacific Roofing. I had three serious leaks in my roof and Willie came out and convinced me to hire him to power wash and repair my roof for $3,500. After the work was completed he said he would guarantee that the roof would be water tight for a minimum of five years. After the first light rain in the fall I had some leakage in the same spot in the guest room as before he did the work, and he came back out and supposedly fixed it. I came home from work today and water was literally pouring in at the three places where the original leaks were. I am a real estate agent and have worked with a lot of roofers over the years and I have never seen a case like this. My experience is that at least the areas that were patched didn't leak, but this is as if no work was ever done to repair my roof--it was just power washed which I am afraid now has done more damage than good to my roof. He is coming again tomorrow but I am super frustrated because all he wants to talk about are the skylights which were never leaking, and doesn't want to discuss these huge original leaks . I don't know what to do, but think I will call my attorney and see if there is some legal remedy to this huge rip off. Not only am I out the money but fear my roof is ruined . Please don't use this guy.

I have been using Pacific Roofing and Shake restoration for over 30 years to treat and restore my very expensive heavy shake roof. The wook has been excellent and has saved my 45 year old roof from leaking which in turn has saved spending money replacing my roof. Willie the owner has been in the roofing business for his entire life and is very honest in his assessment of costs and roofing options. I believe he will do a free roofing survey if you ask.

If you are considering a new roof or any type of Roofing project, I would recommend Willie's team from Pacific Roofing. He is very experienced with any Roofing need. I had some very bad dry rot and a major rafter failure that he and his team fixed. At an incredibly low price.
Through my whole new roof project, Willie was always available to answer any questions that came up during the project. He consistently went above and beyond my expectations.
Willie's pricing, the high level of skills and experience his team brings, excellent communication, and the dedication his team is evidence of a successful high level Roofing company.

My husband and I were very pleased with our new roof job from Pacific Roofing. I wasn't certain which color shingle and am happy with the color Willi helped me select. It's going to look even better with a new paint job. The crew showed up on time and after introducing themselves they immediately started getting up on the roof and tearing it off. I couldn't believe how efficient they were. Super nice and professional. I could tell they were going to do a thorough job and they did. I got two bonus sun tunnels I wasn't expecting to do. It was a great idea and not all that much more. In case you're not familiar with a sun tunnel, you can google and see just how cool they are. The crew hauled off all the debris and did a great job not leaving behind a big mess. They actually left it cleaner around the sidewalks than from before they got there! I highly recommend Pacific Roofing. yay for Pacific Roofing, and kudos to the hardworking crew. Not to mention I got a great price too!

I had a shake roof a couple of years back. Called these guys for a quote to replace it with a composite. The guy came out, supper fast talker, totally sold me on pressure washing it and restoring it. He told me that I had more than 15 years left on it and that he would guarantee it for ten years. 3500.00 to do the job and he wanted to do the job in a couple of days. I just purchased this house at the time and still had a little money left over to do this job. The next day lucky for me my real estate agent called me just to check in on how things were going on my new house. I told him that I wasn't going to replace it like I had previously told him when i purchased the home. I told him about pacific roofing and how they were going to restore it instead. He cut me off before I could finish and told me ""listen to me, do not use that guy"" he had used him on a house before and the after the shake restoration, the house had major leaks every where. Not just one, but all over the house. I took his word for it and I called other roofers in the area. I asked them to quote me on replacing or restoring. They told me the same exact thing but in detail... They said if someone were to pressure wash the roof, yes it would make it look awesome and new, but it would cut all the tar paper that was under it. Tar paper is the only thing that keeps the roof water tight. I was going to do this review after I learned I was almost played but pacific roofing but didn't because they didn't have a yelp set up. Today I saw the guy driving around in his big expensive lifted white chevy truck with pacific roofing on it and thought I would check again on yelp. Bang there it was....And this is my review. Beware, you've been warned. This guy is a criminal. Do not use him ever. not even to do a composite roof.
