I give one star because of the unprofessional way I was treated by this company...They sent a man out to give us a estimate....He said he would call or email the estimate....Never heard a word in over a month....I called today and was basically told they are too busy and to find someone else...At the very least they could have let us know....Very, very unprofessional!

These guys did such a great job. The company is wonderful! We did our homework before deciding on a company to add a 13 x 26 patio cover onto our home. We had others out to give quotes, but none were as comfortable and affordable as Paul. We absolutely love our new Santa Fe style patio cover, and because we were so happy, we did something that was not in our plan for a couple of years. We called Paul 4 months later to discuss siding with him. Yes, we had two other companies out, very reputable companies, but in the end their prices were the best. The manufacturer used is top-rated. Dealing with the go getters is a much better way to go. What a great job and done in less than 10 days.

So here's my review:
I sent a YELP message to Pacific Roofing yesterday, asking for a bid to roof my new pool house. They responded right away on YELP and the very next morning Moe came out and gave me an estimate. I could not believe how inexpensive his quote was. The very next day, Moe and his crew were at my house with the supplies and did entire roof in four hours. It looks awesome. Moe was very professional and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Pacific Roofing.

We have been searching for a company in the Central Valley to repair or possibly replace our roof for some time now. I would recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their roof. A lot of companies forget about the customer service not them! Every person I spoke with was amazing. They even did everything I asked from the roof, gutters, paperwork and etc. They even did the roof in a timely manner within the days they said it would be completed, and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you everyone for your hard work it doesn't go unnoticed!
