This business only cares about getting you in contract. RUN AWAY!!!! I got quotes from a couple different contractors. Pacific was one of the higher ones, however I felt the inspection was a bit more complete and they had the shorter time frame to complete the project. They quoted me 4-6 weeks to get started without a date. 6 weeks comes and goes still no progress and trying to reach the office is practically impossible. After about a week I get a response and they still don't have a date. I have to follow up every week before I get a date that is 5 weeks past the original quote. The roof get put on but they forgot to do the gutters. The office calls for payment a day later and I ask about the gutters and now they have to look into it. 10 days later the project is complete and I have a bill waiting. I send a check certified mail cause I want to know that they actually received it and it sits at the post office too long. I emailed multiple times to reach them letting them know I sent payment. I get ahold of them about 30 days past the payment date and they say ""yeah we have something sitting at post office we just haven't gone to get it"". So they took to long to pick up and it was returned to me so they waive the 3% credit fee and charge my card. Oh no its not done yet! Two months later I get charged AGAIN! And of course I can't reach the office to find out what is going on to get money back.

I started with a roof inspection. Minor repair needed to prevent a leak over the garage. They had to come back to my home on multiple occasion to fix the same exact spot. This company admittedly has high employee turnover and challenges keeping their paperwork in order. After 4 visits to my house to address the same EXACT leak. I called for for a 5th time and was told they were busy and could not take on a ""new"" customer. When I explained the above they said someone would get back to me. After I waited and waited I called again to speak with the owner. Who said they did not have anybody to send out. Short version, they do not stand behind their work and poor management. Note: This is the first yelp review I have EVER left. I feel strongly about letting people know about Pacific Roofing's lack of commitment to their customers.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
We just bought a house in Del Rio, the Pacific Roofing inspected, did the roof and gutter repair as part of the inspection and repair during the buying process. In my experience they did a very bad job. I found slipped tiles on the gutters on the first floor from the bathroom windows where they wold not have been not visible and also a couple of damaged gutters. After we moved in, I called the company to come and see my findings. These are the findings, which I could see without any ladder. Donny who claimed to be the owner showed up, I asked him about the chipped and broken tiles on the front of the building also of the gutters they repaired. Donny replied , ""we do not change tiles unless they are more than three inches broken"". Then I asked what about the tiles covering the gutters, so you do not push them back unless they fall? He He called me Asshole twice and when I took my camera out he got sober right away. Donny posed as if I asked about the broken tiles instead of slipped. I asked him one thing he replied something else. I am in the process of hiring a another company to verify Pacific Roofing Company's work. I also called the Company to register my complaint, the operator told me that his wife is the owner, not him. It appears that they are two of a kind. Please beware of them , they are cheat cent percent!

They were extremely professional and accommodating. I had gotten a great quote from them, but had to hold off for about eight months. The quote was good for 30 days. When I finally called them back, they honored the original quote right away. When they came to do the work, they were very fast and thorough. They covered my pool and cleaned everything each day. The office people were very courteous and professional and the workers were the same. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new roof.

the office manager Crystal and so called co owner is a snippy ignorant person, I had a quote for 40 yr shingles, the man came and measured and told me they would be here on the 26th at 7 am, and move the cars, take xmas lights down, trim the tree, etc. When I asked him to see the shingles he showed me 15yr shingles, I asked him is that all he had and he showed me 20 yr 30 yr and 40 yr, so i thought I will take that up later, then when i call bc they weren't here, crystal starting on the loud and defensive tone and said she didnt have a signed contract and the job was bid at $5000 more, WTF, she said It was more than my neighbor bc I had two roofs and she had 1 ( nope we had the same) she said she has to get 15% profit or she doesn't take job, great let me know*** what the real issue was is they are slammed with jobs because of the rain and they were taking the highest paying jobs. when we talked again she said the job was $4000 higher then why did she tell me $5000 higher earlier that day and the guy was giving me the cheapest shingles. i think this is a shady company, and her penny pinching greed will cost her business i told her she was rude and she laughed and said well I have been in business a long time, this company will never be the company it could be with the customer service monster they have, the crew seemed knowledgeable but greed will always catch up, i have no issue with a real cost but deceit is not going to fly, and shady will get you investigated. i have real concerns that i would have paid for that and got cheapest shingles and not known the difference, and gouging the customer is not a good business practice.

Someone came to inspect the roof and gutter, but never followed through. I message the person (Paul) that came, but never got an answer back. So I went with Rescue Roofer out of Lodi to repair my roof and replace my gutters. Not sure what happened, but it's the holidays maybe and maybe they didn't want to take the job. However, would have been nice to get a response for my request of a quote/bid. So, I am at least going to give a 2 star since I don't know the quality of work they do and it's the holidays...

I give one star because of the unprofessional way I was treated by this company...They sent a man out to give us a estimate....He said he would call or email the estimate....Never heard a word in over a month....I called today and was basically told they are too busy and to find someone else...At the very least they could have let us know....Very, very unprofessional!

My roof needed some TLC. Glad to have called Pacific roofing. Showed up on time, and did a great job. Best part, they covered my swimming pool, no dirt in my water. The roof looks amazing.

These guys did such a great job. The company is wonderful! We did our homework before deciding on a company to add a 13 x 26 patio cover onto our home. We had others out to give quotes, but none were as comfortable and affordable as Paul. We absolutely love our new Santa Fe style patio cover, and because we were so happy, we did something that was not in our plan for a couple of years. We called Paul 4 months later to discuss siding with him. Yes, we had two other companies out, very reputable companies, but in the end their prices were the best. The manufacturer used is top-rated. Dealing with the go getters is a much better way to go. What a great job and done in less than 10 days.
