We had Eric and his crew of two spend the entire day making our roof look like new. In addition, we had them clean the siding. Eric, Seth, and Riley do first class work with a minimum of muss and fuss. They cleared my roof of some rain-induced moss (remember last winter's rain) and recommended washing the exterior of our very 'woodsy' house at a very attractive price. Am I glad they made the recommendation: the house looks like new, and their treatment will keep the mold and fungus at bay. Completely plant safe, the exterior now looks like it had a face lift for far less than the cost of repainting. Highly recommended.

Pacific Roof Cleaning did a fantastic job! My insurance company required my roof moss be removed. I was lost as to who to call. I ""Googled"" roof cleaning and up popped Pacific Roof Cleaning. Their site showed great results so I called the number and the owner Eric answered professionally and quickly. He set an appointment, arrived on time and did a fantastic job. It looks like a new roof. He promised to leave the area surrounding the house cleaner then when he arrived and did exactly that. They did a great job cleaning the grime of my 30 year old roof tiles and gutters. Went with this company as they use a safe chemical wash method and no power washing which can cause problems. Seth also did some minor fix for a roof leak at a reasonable price

These guys are the real deal. I sought them out because they do a chemical cleaning process for cement tile roofs, and I wanted to avoid potential water damage from people doing pressure washing in the wrong way. They mostly do commercial jobs but can fit in a residential job, particularly in off season (like just after rainy season ends).

Eric was very responsive and knowledgeable. A straight shooter. They guys who did the job were also very professional and efficient.

The roof looks really great now. It's not like new (it's 20 years old, and I didn't expect to to) but it looks terrific. Now on to painting the house!

I needed the mold and moss removed from my roof before installing solar panels. I looked up a few companies and called them to quote the job. First 2 contractors didn't have business cards when I asked for their contractors license number and when I asked how they would clean my roof they said they would use a pressure washer. This concerned me because I have a asphalt shingle roof and I knew a pressure washer could lift and damage my shingles and loosen and remove the protective mineral granules. They said they did it all the time. I checked the website of the roof shingle manufacturer and they said it was a big problem. I had 4 different contractors come by before I used Angie's list and contacted Pacific Roof Cleaning. Holy cow what a difference. They came over and told me how they do everything by hand using low pressure water to rinse. The cleaned a 2 square foot spot on my roof to show me the process and cleaning agent they use. If you are reading this review it means you need your roof cleaned. Do yourself a favor and hire Pacific Roof Cleaning to clear the moss and mold from your roof. I promise they will not be the cheapest quote but I know my 16 year old roof will easily last another 20 years thanks to this company. It looks amazing and it was all done by hand. I mean after all it's only your roof. And the best part, they were the only company that gave me a guarantee that the moss and mold would not return for 3 years. After seeing their process I am certain it will be trouble free for at least twice as long.
