We are rebuilding our house which was destroyed by the Woolsey fire. In 2021, we decided to have Pacific Metal Roofing build our standing seam metal roof. We had multiple delays (not related at all to the roof). Michael Sandford and his team were wonderful working through our delays. When we were finally able to work on the roof, they were totally responsive, and the roof work was done in a few weeks including gutters. It looks beautiful.

I particularly appreciated their patience working with myself and my wife on the eventual colors we chose and the consistency they showed working with us during the 2 years up to the point when the roof was installed.

They came when scheduled, responded to all inquiries in a timely manner and were all around a great company to work with.
As a general contractor, I really appreciated their level of professionalism. And, with the ""atmospheric rivers"" we have been subject to lately, it's nice that I have not received any calls from homeowners experiencing leaks from the projects they completed for me!
I would highly recommend them and intend to use them as much as possible in the future!

I wanted to install solar panels on my south facing roof; however, my roof, Decra (metal) tiles mounted on top of the wood shingles, was not suitable for solar panels. After numerous hours of researching, I decided that the ""standing seam metal"" roofing would be my choice. After reading positive reviews about Pacific Metal Roofing, who specializes in standing seam metal roofs, I selected them to do the job. As I expected, Pacific Metal Roofing achieved outstanding results. They have a very good management team and skilled installers.

Once the project finally started (Covid delayed) they were very efficient and they do impeccable work. Our house is complex with a lot of different roof lines. Also, they followed up on a couple of add-on items (that were not part of the original work) very quickly. They also worked most Saturdays so they were really committed to finishing the job ASAP. Our experience, from beginning to end, with Pacific Metal Roofing was excellent. From our first inquiry with Mike, through the finished job, every person in the company, management and technicians, were communicative, efficient, on-time, courteous and helpful, hard-working and the result met our highest expectations. Their estimate of costs was reasonable and fair. Everyone in the Company demonstrated the highest level of service and competency and the job (installation of aluminum roofing) was seamless. The material and installation was perfect and performed exactly to plan. The installers worked very well as a team, the managers/foremen were present every day, and the job went smoothly.
In addition, the worksite was always left immacutely clean and absent of any debris. The skill and experience level of everyone was a pleasure to behold. We couldn't be more satisfied with Pacific Metal Roofing and we have no hesitancy to recommend them for the purchase and installation of a metal roof.

It was a challenge finding someone for our non-standard job. Michael and his company have the knowledge and the skillset we needed. The roof installed by his firm, Pacific Metal Roofing, is a large, curved roof made of Corten, which is a particular metal we had selected, and few had even heard of, let alone having experience working with.

Throughout the installation his crew was diligent, professional, courteous and organized. Materials were delivered on time, and the installation was completed as agreed. The result is awesome. (I will post pictures when the house is completed.)

I have no reservation in writing this review. It is richly deserved.

We recently worked with Mike and Pacific Metal Roofing on a large project that was anything but straightforward. Mike was knowledgeable and resourceful. He worked with the vision we had and our very unusual roofs. Their craftsmanship was spot on and they readily addressed any concerns that we had. I highly recommend this company. I'm not sure when I'll need another roof but I will turn to Mike first!

Pacific Metal Roofing Deserves 10 Stars for their amazing work on my home.
Having survived the 2018 fires that struct Malibu Mike Stamford and his crew were a welcome relief when I was finally able to start the restoration of my home.
They took over and the whole crew was like one giant synchronized machine.
A real pleasure to watch the men construct the roof again.
they had an on cite leader who was always happy to answer my questions and explain what they were doing and why.

This company and these guys are the best! ********** 10 stars and they deserved every one of them
